Information about the surrounding area and the unit will be provided. Walk to the latest downtown venues and jog round nearby parks from this location, directly across from the Richmond Visitors Center. Eastern Kentucky University is also convenient for here, while many places to eat and drink are on the doorstep.

Farm stay in the heart of the Kentucky Bluegrass 20 min from the KY Horse Park and downtown Lexington. 30min to Keeneland. 45min to Red River Gorge. Quiet, private walk out basement apt. with 2 bedrooms, great room, fooseball and butlers pantry w/ coffeemaker, small refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen basics. Space is not shared. Called “Slipper Rock” in memory of Bessie Lakes, an elderly lady that lived on farm many years ago. She could be heard laughing while playing in the stream that runs by the cabin. She called the stream “Slipper Rock”. The newly built cabin sits on 15 acres. Numerous hiking trails & horseback riding trails. Some trails in Daniel Boone National Forest. Bring your own horses. Relax sitting on porch, by fire pit or on rocks by stream. Nothing prettier than the night sky. Hope to see you all soon.

Older home with lots of character located within walking distance of downtown Richmond. If you like the outdoors there is a porch with a swing, and a sitting area in the back yard with a fish pond. Located approx. 2 miles off of I-75. The driveway goes behind the house for parking, and is quite narrow. There is plenty of room in the driveway to park out front (which is also safe), if you are unable to squeeze through. The driveway side of the yard is open, so the backyard is not fully fenced.

Enjoy this peaceful and centrally-located apartment. Across the street from the historic Henry Clay estate. Just a few miles from Rupp arena, Uk, stadium and downtown. A short drive to the horse park. Walking distance to restaurants. There is a $50 per pet fee. Please be sure to include pet in your booking. This is a one bedroom with a queen bed. The couch folds into a sleeper and there are curtains for privacy.. Street parking only. The back and driveway are our private areas

Enjoy the spectacular views of the Kentucky River from this second-floor studio. Located within an easy walk of hiking trails and dining. Visit the Waterfront Grill or Hall’s on the River. A tasting at the winery just a few minutes away will sweeten your stay. For more play, kayak rental is nearby. This property is nestled on the riverbank. You will encounter bugs if you are enjoying the outdoors. We have regular exterminations, but an occasional cob web is to be expected.
