A large patio provides privacy and relaxation with a view of the farm. Perfect for work crews, stays, or just passing through. Ample parking for various vehicles.

Private, with a hot tub, fire pit (wood provided), turf to play corn hole. Inside delivers all the comforts of home with full kitchen, laundry, workspace and cozy fireplace.

We have a spacious, open-concept kitchen and livingroom suitable for larger families or even hosting a small gathering or event. Located in the country 1/2 way between Indianapolis, IN and Dayton OH, you will find easy access to I 70. This apartment is pet friendly ($15/night) and is equipped with fenced yards for exercise.

Maximalist Mansion w/Pickleball court &Huge Gazebo

This Historic Mansion was built in 1880 by Burton Westcott who next moved to Springfield, OH and built The Westcott House designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. This home has been lovingly renovated with special care to preserve the ornate wood flooring (each room has a unique design) as well as the original Tiffany Stain glass windows.
