The well-appointed eco cottage was built in 2015, is off-the-grid (solar-powered) on 21 acres with beautiful views of farmland and Coal River estuary, and plenty of wildlife. Outside the doorstep is many boutique vineyards/wineries. Your official welcoming committee is Max, a super friendly Smithfield dog.

A perfect getaway space for two in the heart of the little village with an easy walk to the bridge, prison and cafes. Richmond is 20minutes from Hobart and the airport and surrounded by many wineries

Pinot Cottage- Vineyard escape

The cottage is just under 100 square meters with a mezzanine master bedroom and open plan living. It is set among the vines of Charles Reuben Estate in a quiet and secluded area with full kitchen, wood heater and spa. Charles Reuben Estate is also a vineyard, distillery and lavender farm. Our boutique farm products are readily available for purchase - wine, specialty spirits and various lavender items. Tours and visits can be arranged.

Bridgecroft House

Bridgecroft House - Spacious family home in the heart of Richmond village - room for the whole family. Home comes with a hot tub, 2 lounge areas, separate dining and kitchen. There is an 8 ball table and some 80's vinyl albums to play. Outdoor has a gas BBQ, wood-fired pizza oven and a huge area with a fire pit and permanent seating for guests and visitors. Parking for up to 6 cars.
