This was a very nice place we really enjoyed the stay and had a great time. We came in April so the pool was ice cold and hot tub needed fresh water but everything else was wonderful we would stay again.

Great place to stay in Kennewick. We locked ourselves out of the house and Whitney showed up with the key very quickly.

Beautiful location, amazing outdoor spaces, and a clean and lovely home! The hot tub was fantastic. We had a great time, Diedra’s communication was clear and everything was easy. ❤️

Came for a girls weekend for my bday. The house is absolutely lovely and Briana was very helpful and responsive with some questions we had. I want to buy this house I loved it so much! The neighbors do have a view of the pool and hot tub but that didn’t bother us. They were respectful as well.

Kymm’s house was perfect to our friend groups trip to Tri-Cities. Big and spacious with good sleeping arrangements for all 9, and the big party room with a long dining table was awesome to have everyone together for dinners. Appreciated also the gas and charcoal grills and other amenities that made for a great weekend. And conveniently located close to few restaurants and Costco etc.

Great stay. Izzy was a responsive host and accommodated us by letting us check in early. The house had everything described in the listing. Overall, it is a safe and comfortable place to stay.

really, really nice and beautiful place. that are awesome at keeping guest entertained at staying in this place from the movie theater to the hot tube and sauna this place is awesome for the entire family

we were very happy with the house and location.

We had a great stay. The space was perfect for us (5 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs). Cyndee had everything we needed for our group. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for cooking, including a waffle maker which was amazing!! The rooms were comfortable. The outdoor space was fenced. The neighborhood was nice. Overall, we were all happy with the accommodations and would stay again if back in the area.

El alojamiento es pequeñito pero le dieron el espacio preciso a cada área que lo hace súper cómodo. La decoración es muy bella… nuestro perrito fue muy feliz en el pequeño jardín que tienen … Alex fue súper amable con nosotros, estuvo siempre al pendiente de los detalles que se nos presentaron y nos resolvió cada uno de ellos. The place was nice and large. I had my whole extended family here for my graduation and everyone were accomodated! There are rooms and bed for everyone. The place also has arcade and the kids enjoyed it. The backyard is isolated and feels private.

The house is beautiful, and the location is incredible. A wonderful place to stay.

Spring was very friendly and very helpful! We felt right at home upon checking in! I would absolutely stay here again. Wonderful experience overall!!!

Outstanding views and beautiful house.

This was our second time staying in Stratton House and we actually changed our holiday plans to stay there again as it wasn’t available when we were initially coming to Richland. Stratton House is an absolutely superb Airbnb. It is a really beautiful home and in pristine condition. Teresa has thought of everything to make a holiday there truly memorable. She and her husband, Larry are amazing hosts and they do what ever they can to ensure your time spent in Stratton House is a great experience. I can’t recommend Stratton House highly enough and anyone who stays there is very lucky!

What a beautiful home for a great price. Rob was very easy to work with and accommodating to my schedule. 1st time staying at the home I was there 13-weeks, booked again for another 3-weeks.

I felt the home was very peaceful to stay at. The owner was quick to respond to any need. Openly welcomed the guest with a hand written card. Home was extremely clean. There is private parking around the backside (for large truck owners be advised, it is a tight squeeze but absolutely doable)

Love this quiet little home in Benton City! The grounds are beautiful and the home is spotless. This was our second time staying and once again it didn’t disappoint. Highly recommend!
