Enjoy your stay in Minneapolis in a custom-designed home. Set in a safe and charming cul-de-sac neighborhood on the bank of the Mississippi River near downtown Minneapolis in the Historic Milling District and NE Arts and Entertainment District. This lodging is for adults only. (Allergy alert: a dog lives here, but not during your reservation). Snow removal and lawn mowing is provided. This is our primary home that we make available while we are traveling. Dogs not allowed.

Welcome to our Urban Cabin, a warm & friendly older home four blocks from the light rail station, with easy access to MSP airport, Mall of America, arts venues, US Bank Stadium & the Twins Stadium. We are near Lake Nokomis, Lake Hiawatha, trails, & great dining options. We love staying here! The Nightingale is a historic 3-story, 4-bedroom home 5 minutes from the Mall of America and MSP Intl. airport. Built in 1925, it rests on a 10,000 sq ft. lot that provides a relaxing getaway while keeping you close to everything in Minneapolis/St. Paul. Our newly remodeled kitchen has a five-burner gas stove and is stocked w/ utensils, dinnerware, and pots and pans. Our beautiful oak dining table seats ten, and we hope our home will feel as comfortable as your own.

Driveway parking with easy access to the studio entrance. Shared yard with fire pit and picnic table.

I am literally about 10 minutes from everywhere - the airport, downtown, Mall of America. Private basement "suite" includes a living room with large screen tv with Netflix. Your bedroom has a Beauty-rest World Class bed (Westin uses this one) with black-out blinds. The luxurious jet tub will profoundly calm and relax you. Microwave, mini-fridge and dishware are available. Massage therapy/acupuncture is available by appointment.

Welcome, this comfortable two room suite is nestled directly below Summit Avenue and next to Grand Avenue. You will find walkable access to local dining and the arts. * Excel Center 10 minute walk * Ordway 15 minute walk * Restaurants/brewery many less than a mile walk. * Airport Metro transit #54 to downtown. 8 miles This suite is located on Lako'tyapi land and Wahpekute - Octi' Sakowin Oyate territory.

Sparrow Suite on Grand


This 650 sq ft basement gem is tucked in a super walkable neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance, ONE free parking spot out back. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet.
