Had a great stay at Andrea & Jack's condo! Perfect size for me, my wife, and our 4-month old baby. It was stocked with all the necessary essentials. Balcony has a fantastic ocean view and we could walk to the beach in seconds. Location is perfect and easily walkable to all the shops and restaurants in coligny. Was also very impressed with the beach cruisers that came with the condo. The bikes were very well taken care of and much better quality than the rental bike options. Will absolutely stay again!

It’s in a great location. The beauty of Sea Pines with the HHI feel and literally walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The bikes were a plus. The home has plenty of amenities. My wife loved the spacious kitchen and I loved the fire pit and swings in the back. Elizabeth was a great host and was always quick to respond. Will definitely come back again.

The stay was excellent. We did have to wait about 30 minutes after we got there for the cleaners to finish getting the condo ready for us. The view was great, the bed was very comfortable as well. My kids loved walking to the beach and picking up seashells. The only issue and it is very tiny was that the master bathroom shower curtain had a small amount of mold on it. When we checked out the cleaning lady was there and I informed her and she said she would get a replacement so the next person wouldn't see it. Overall, excellent stay, great views, quiet and peaceful with a comfy bed.

We gathered at Sea Pines on Hilton Head to celebrate our Dads 80th birthday & Tom’s house couldn’t have been better! The location was a short walk to Harbor Town GC Lighthouse/Shops & restaurants! We’ll definitely be back. Thanks!

We stayed here for a little weekend getaway and it was the perfect spot! Close to the beach and walking distance to a bunch of shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend for a place to stay.

First and foremost, the location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and close to local shops and restaurants. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. The condo itself was impeccably clean, which made us feel right at home from the moment I arrived. We also loved the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary coffee, snacks, and food left for us. It was such a nice surprise to have those little comforts available, especially after a long day of travel. Overall, I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Hilton Head. I can’t wait to return!

We found ourselves in a bit of a pickle when we needed to relocate from our original booking due to various reasons. Melinda was great to work with!!! She had a last minute cancellation and was able to have the cleaning crew get the unit ready super fast for us! Her place is wonderful! It has everything you might need for a short getaway. The beach wagon is huge and carries all of the beach gear (chairs/umbrellas provided). Quick walk to the beach & Coligny, loved this area of the island. Luggage carts and elevator to make bringing in your stuff a breeze! Bedroom was huge! Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
