Das Haus besticht durch die wunderbare Aussicht aus dem modernen Kubus auf das Meer und die kleine Insel die vorgelagert vor Vila Franca do Campo liegt. Die zentrale Lage mittig von der Insel Sao Miguel ist ein großer Vorteil. Furnas, Ribeira Grande und viele Wandermöglichkeiten sowie der Flughafen sind in ca. einer halben Stunde mit dem Mietwagen zu erreichen . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll gestaltet.

I've stayed in hundreds of airbnbs and this was definitely one of the best. Even though it was just two of us, there was plenty of room for much larger groups. The apartment is centrally located and less than a 10 minute walk to the town and the beach. We had no issues finding parking in front of the apartment. The wifi worked great (~136Mbps) for two digital nomads that needed to have reliable internet. Guido was very accommodating and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ponta Delgada

The house was clean and bigger than I expected. They had everything we needed. The back yard is gorgeous! Walk out to the ocean, have breakfast and listen to the waves. 20 minutes to Ponta Delgada, under an hour from anywhere on the whole island. Absolutely recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house is lovely and the view is gorgeous. It was the perfect home base for our adventures in the Azores!

A peaceful, gorgeous location. Ocean views and local crops growing surrounding a lovely pool area. The unit was spacious and inviting. The sea pool was really amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

Die Persönlichkeit der GastgeberInnen tritt deutlich zu Tage, es ist den Azoren entsprechend eingerichtet, wertig und schön. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sogar mit einigen Leckereien von der Insel überrascht, sodass wir am nächsten Morgen mit einem tollen Frühstück in den Tag starten konnten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Es war unglaublich sauber und die Ausstattung übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Die Lage ist optimal, direkt am Meer gelegen und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell mit Auto erreichbar. Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür. Leider ist es sehr laut in den Schlafzimmern, da diese zur Hauptstraße ausgerichtet sind. Stand Ende Oktober: Bäckerei vor der Tür ist nicht mehr geöffnet.

Andre has a beautiful home and the location is amazing at the edge of the lake in Sete Cidades! The views from the livingroom, dining room and front porch were amazing of the lake and surrounding mountains! There are many hiking paths to walk to and/ or bike to and/or drive your car to. We just loved all the wood tables, countertop and carvings. Beautiful! The home was well appointed, comfortable and perfect on the lake! There is a very delicious bread kitchen to get fresh out of the oven bread. We were provided with an amazing welcoming basket of goodies that included yogurts, granola, milk, butter, local rosemary honey, local sweet rolls, local pineapple, apples, oranges, local cheese and a bottle of wine!!!! And to top it all off there are bikes and kayaks to use! Definitely recommend staying at Andre’s home!

Casa impecável, a senhora que nos fez o check-in foi super querida e ainda nos deu indicações de termas para aproveitarmos e ainda festas de carnaval pela cidade, toda a comunicação com todos foi excelente e não deixou nenhuma dúvida. Voltaremos a repetir a experiência!

Very comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment made family visit comfortable for everyone. So helpful to have washing machine. Space heaters were efficient for the cool, rainy days since there is no central air or heat. Beds comfortable. Sofia is very responsive when we faced a minor issue and it was immediately addressed. Great views of the Atlantic from the deck. Super place, great host, we will be back!

We had party of 4 people arrived in the evening. Duarte came to the apartment greeting us and showed us the apartment where things are. Based on our schedule, he provided detailed recommendations on where to go, activities of each day, do and don’t, local restaurants and specialty food to try. All very helpful information! Thank you Duarte! The apartment is conveniently located, walkable to local bakeries and restaurants., has a parking space.

Le logement était magnifique, tout à fait conforme aux descriptions et photos. Panier de bienvenue très apprécié, comprenant du vin, biscuits, eau, pain, confiture, café, thé. Le garage était un gros plus. La terrasse était très jolie quoiqu’il a fait plutôt froid et pluvieux pendant notre séjour, donc nous n’avons pas pu l’utiliser. Bonnes recommandations de restaurants et de visites des hôtes.

O apartamento era muito confortavel e extremamente bem localizado, sendo perto das principais atracções e restaurantes de Ponta Delgada. A Cristina partilhou uma lista excelente de dicas e proposta de roteiro de viagem e restaurantes, o que muito ajudou no planeamento dos nossos dias e nos permitiu conhecer muito bem São Miguel.

We loved Isabel’s historic, spotlessly clean apartment with access to a private outdoor door space. It was in the old part of town and with in walking distance to museums, harbour, and market. Isabel was gracious and accommodating. We loved our stay here.

Nous avons eu un séjour merveilleux chez Carla. Le logement était encore mieux en vrai que sur photos. Carla nous a bien accommodés et avons eu de petites attentions pour notre arrivée. Jouets pour enfants sur place bien appréciés. Logement bien équipé. Séjour globalement très satisfait, nous recommandons chaudement ce logement!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Gerade die Küche ist für eine Ferienwohnung geräumig und erstaunlich gut eingerichtet, es gibt etwa einen Induktionsherd. So sehr wie wir das Ausgehen genossen haben, haben wir immer wieder auch gern mit regionalen Produkten und frischem Fisch vom nur 10 Minuten fußläufig entfernten Bauernmarkt gekocht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das einzige Manko war die etwas laute Straße, wobei man mit geschlossenen Fenstern trotzdem gut schlafen konnte. Für die Lüftung kann man das Fenster in der Küche zum ruhigen Innenhof offen lassen. Die Nachbarn, wohl auch Touristen aus einer anderen Ferienwohnung, waren gelegentlich auch laut, aber da hatten wir einfach etwas Pech. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt, wir würden wieder buchen.

Unser Aufenthalt war super! Die Wohnung war sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal um zu Fuß die Stadt zu erkunden und Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Auch die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, die Handtücher waren sehr flauschig und sauber und auch die Tipps für die Gegend waren hilfreich und gut. Wir würden wieder kommen und die Wohnung absolut empfehlen.

We absolutely loved our stay. Claudia’s place is fantastic! The linens, pillows, and beds were fantastic. The bathroom showers were exceptional! Plus, there were plenty of hooks to hang towels. The kitchen had everything we needed for a quick meal and coffee in the morning that we enjoyed in the outdoor common area with a living wall. Parking in the garage was a huge bonus, and the remote opening of the garage door and gate was very easy to use. The location was perfect! Each night we’d walk down to a restaurant for dinner and during the day, it was easy to get around the island for various experiences. We highly recommend Claudia’s place. Adorámos a nossa estadia. I had a wonderful stay In David’s home. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. Check in and parking was very easy. The new Air Conditioning systems in each room were a nice bonus.

Very nice apartment in a great area. Close to the beach and walking distance to downtown. The view from the apartment is beautiful!

We stayed at Maria’s place for one week with our 11 month old baby as she provided all (and more) of the baby essentials (high chair, pack and play, baby bath, towel, shampoo, etc.). Many additional amenities and extras were provided which were appreciated, including a dropped off breakfast one morning. Overall, we loved our time at Maria’s place, having access to guaranteed, private parking was a huge plus! The only downfall was that for the first couple of days there was a musty smell, which dissipated throughout the week. Maria was very responsive and allowed us to check in several hours ahead of the listed time, which was great as we had an overnight flight!

Si vas a pasar unos días en Sao Miguel recomiendo al 100% alojarse en el apartamento de Isabel y Marco. A parte de estar en una muy buena ubicación (cerca del aeropuerto y en la capital de las Azores) el apartamento es perfecto. Súper limpio y baño y cocina completamente equipadas, no parece un apartamento de vacaciones, allí te sientes como si estuvieses en tu propia casa. Isabel y Marco además son súper amables, están pendientes durante todo el viaje de que estés agusto en su casa y te recomiendan tanto restaurantes como sitios para visitar. Si volviese en otro momento a la isla, volvería a acudir a ellos sin dudarlo.
