The villa consists of two floors 50sqm each with a private courtyard of 150sqm with garden and pool. Ground floor: One bedroom with two single beds A living room with a fire place An open fully equipped kitchen A bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer Upper level: One bedroom with a queen size bed and balcony One bedroom with two single beds A bathroom with shower Courtyard with garden, pool, dining table, BBQ and pizza oven Our guests have access to the entire property. I always be available for my guests. The home is set in the historic old town of Rhodes, next to the medieval city wall. Its location feels serene and secluded, but it’s just a stone’s throw away from a variety of traditional restaurants, charming bistros, shops, and landmarks. The villa is located 25 min by car from the airport and a walking distance (15 min) from the harbor and City Center. In a very close proximity to taxi station and bus station. You don’t need to use a car. The villa is located in the medieval (old) town and car access is not allowed. Although it is only 2-3 min walk from the free parking area, it is not necessary to have a car. You can walk or use the local transportation and taxi. Don't hesitate to ask if you need any further information. The villa is fully equipped and you have to worry about nothing. There are supermarkets in a very close proximity. The restaurants serve food till really late at night. Enjoy your stay!

All items have been carefully been choosen and fixed from hand. The view is Spectaculare! From the balcony we overlook the Sea! The villa is fully equipped with A/C, Free Wifi,a full equipped kitchen with espresso machine,all neccessities for cooking, bbq oven, everything you need for easy going holidays.

Dabei haben wir alte Strukturen, wie Grundriss, Holzbalken sowie die kleine Galerie und einige Möbelstücke erhalten und mit neuen Materialien kombiniert. Die authentische und ruhige Nachbarschaft - fernab vom Massentourismus, lädt zum Erholen und Entspannen ein. Die zentrale Lage dient als idealer Startpunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden.

The house was passed down from generation to generation for over 200 years and was completely renovated in 2020. It has 1 main space which includes the living room, the dining room, 2 double beds, 1 bathroom and a dressing room. In the second area of ​​the house is the kitchen and 1 king size bed. The house has also a second bathroom and a private courtyard.
