Род-Айленд: аренда лофтов

Appartamento carino, in una zona molto bella e tranquilla, a due passi dalla Brown University. Bene equipaggiato per un soggiorno anche medio-lungo (molto utili la lavatrice con l'asciugatrice, e l'angolo cottura con piastra a induzione e frigorifero). L'appartamento era abbastanza pulito al mio arrivo, e dotato di alcuni confort di benvenuto - tè, caffè, acqua, cioccolata, saponi e detersivi vari. Unico difetto (ma magari è soggettivo): l'assenza di tende oscuranti.

I've stayed at many AirBnB locations and this place rises to the very top. Firstly, you get a private, fully renovated, studio apartment with your own entrance. You can tell that the owner is a trained architect; btw he did all of the remodeling and gorgeous woodwork himself. For me the location was perfect, just around the corner from the airport with nearby highway access. The eat-in kitchen was well-equipped and the right size for the space. The bed was super comfy, and temperature control without silly limitations, not to mention there are heated floors in key areas. There is a mud zone for jackets and shoes, a washer/dryer for clothes, a rain head/wand shower, and a bidet. Renato and Daniel were extremely responsive hosts who made sure I had everything I needed without ever intruding. This is a jewel of a BnB listing, and if you are ever find yourself in "Biggest Little State in the Union," it will make an ideal home-base for your RI stay.

Had an amazing weekend stay with my wife. Super convenient location that’s a short walk from Thames Street. Grit provided very detailed information regarding parking, how to locate the Airbnb, and offered many recommendations for places to eat and excursions to check out. Will definitely keep this Airbnb in mind for future trips!

Andrew’s loft is comfortable and stylish, with great amenities (an awesome kitchen, private parking, outside space). The loft is located within easy walking distance of downtown, Fox Point, and the Brown and RISD campuses. I love that this isn’t just another cookie cutter property, but genuinely feels like a home, reflecting the owner’s taste and style. Great art and design throughout. As a host, Andrew is helpful, clear, and responsive. We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, and this one ranks among the best.

We had a perfect long weekend in Bristol at The Loft. The listing is just as described and Stacy was a wonderful host from check-in to check-out (and all the personal touches between).

What a lovely space. I had the fortune of staying with Chip at another space a few years ago and was thrilled to see this space available for a romantic weekend away. It’s a unique, gorgeous space. The decor is eclectic and wonderful. In short, it was perfect.
