Siamo rimasti molto felici di aver soggiornato nella casa di Stefania! Consiglio questa destinazione a chi ha voglia di passare dei giorni in tranquillità. La casa è grande, molto accogliente e super pulita. Stefania è stata molto precisa, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie e si è resa disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Aggiungo che è stata anche molto gentile, perché ci ha regalato una bottiglia di vino e ci ha portato delle lenticchie (super buone) che aveva cucinato per la sera di Capodanno.

This is a beautiful modernist home in one of the best locations in Italy, close to Italian Alps, Aosta and Lakes Como and Maggiore, not to mention Milan itself, and, truly rare to find a modernist home of this standard and design, which is highly chic and the dream of any artist to live in a place such as this. We look forward to coming back many times. Personal thank you to Barbara and her wonderful grandfather!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden in dem schönen, geräumigen Haus. Ein besonderes Highlight für uns war die Dachterrasse.

The host was very responsive and helpful from the day we booked the accommodation. He met us in person at the house and gave us a tour of the house and explained certain things like the recycling and how to use the TV's. The host was in communication with us regularly to check if we had any problems and ensure we were stocked with the essentials like washing up liquid, toilet roll etc. The location of the house is down a narrow one way road with a gated entrance to the property. I would advise not to bring a big car because the road and entrance are small! We are located just of the main road in Somma Lombardo and Lidl is only 5 minutes drive away (Or about 20 mins walk) and there are plenty of nearby restaurants to enjoy including a lovely Gelato shop It is not a quiet neighbourhood due to the local churches, dogs barking and airplanes taking off from nearby Malpensa airport but that is not fault of the host Overall, we were very happy with our stay! Dorella was a nice host. The communication was really good. The house is beautiful with an old atmosphere. The bathroom is new. It was very clean. All in all it was a nice stay. Thank you Dorella:)

wir waren wegen der möbelmesse in milano zu fünft unterwegs... zur messe rho hatten wir nur 20 min. !! es hatte genügend platz für unsere 2 autos... die in einem geschützten bereich parkiert waren . das haus selber ist ein bisschen in die jahre gekommen aber in einem sehr guten zustand und gut eingerichtet . ( schöner und grosser garten / alles geschützt mit einem zaun ) im haus selber hat es 3 grosse schlafzimmer und 2 bäder... im unteren stock hat es sogar ein drittes bad . wohnzimmer und küche.. gross ! uns hat der aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und danken alberto für seine unkomplizierte und zuverlässige art . wir kommen wieder... :-)

très belle maison avec de grands espaces. nous étions ma femme et mon fils pour ce logement magnifique. maison avec beaucoup de charmes nous adorons ce style de maison qui nous rappelle de bons souvenirs de famille. nous reviendrons car extrement bien situé à peine de 5 min de Lecco qui est une ville magnifique et accueillante et où l'on y mange très bien. merci pour tout.

Unparalleled views of the lake! A short uphill walk from the Como waterfront, easily manageable and a good way to work off some of the calories from the amazing food in town. The complex has a lift but there are still a lot of stairs to negotiate to get up to the front door of the home itself, and then again inside the home (not complaining, it’s an insignificant price to pay for the spectacular scenery at the top!!). A peaceful and comfortable home, we loved our stay there.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach super, Baden im See direkt vom gemieteten Grundstück. Terrasse mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang.

Carlo was very responsive throughout all parts of the process! We stayed here with 10 people and had a great time, the amenities and the view make this an unforgettable stay

It was great! really really great - we were very busy but enjoyed every second. the only little things was the water pressure but i am sure piergiorgio is fixing that.

Such a beautiful place very airy extremely clean extremely helpful host I couldn’t have asked for more. We are a team of designers that were staying at the property for Milan design week and I have to say the Properties photos online don’t do justice for the place when we arrived, we were so pleasantly surprised at how much nicer the property was definitely five stars for this property and I am definitely staying there next year with my full team again

Met een groep van tien personen hebben we een fantastisch verblijf gehad in de prachtige authentieke villa. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en schoon. Cristina is een super host die zowel vooraf als tijdens het verblijf beschikbaar was voor vragen. Bij aankomst zijn we hartelijk ontvangen door Ceasar en buurman Timo stond altijd klaar bij vragen. Het enige punt van aandacht is dat je iedere ochtend om 07:00 uur wordt gewekt door het klokkenspel van het (eveneens schitterend) kerkje naast de villa. Op zondagochtend stond daar echter een prachtig kerkgezang tegenover, waar we vanuit het heerlijke zwembad van hebben genoten.

Magnifique maison, parfaite pour quelques jours entre amis ou en famille. L'espace est grand et parfait pour les grands groupes. Les hôtes sont très réactifs par message ce qui rend l'arrivée très facile.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Der private Pool war ein absolutes Highlight. Die Küchenausstattung war ausreichend. Die Kommunikation und der Check-in & Check-out verliefen sehr unkompliziert.

The landlord is kind and collected the exhibits for our exhibition in advance. The environment is quiet, and the house is very spacious. There is also a very large shopping mall nearby. It is more convenient to travel by car.

Hi Property has a great outside space which is why we chose it, Pool ,bbq, plenty of sunbeds, music system. Inside are huge areas but didn't really use as we visited in Summer. The interior is dated from a taste p.o.v but everything you can think of is supplied and its very clean and well looked after. Area is suburban but only 5 minutes from the lake and beach, 10 minutes into the old town with goods bars & restaurants. Great host always contactable.

Katja was very good at communicating and we enjoyed the living space which was finished to a high standard. We were visiting friends in Bergamo and S. Pellegrino most of the time, as well as Lake Garda so were introduced to some excellent restaurants in those places (Baretto, Via al Costello and Osteria al Gigianca in Bergamo and La Fruslina, S.Pellegrino - highly recommended) so can’t comment on local restaurants. Air conditioning worked very well and the pool was great for cooling off in the day. Overall, a great stay and would recommend it as a base for exploring Lombardia and Milan.

We had a great time at Silvia - you only get a glimpse of the place here on Airbnb but the villa and especially the huge pool area is even better in reality. Everything was very clean and we felt like we had the whole place almost to ourself. The fridge with water and prosecco was great! Silvia was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed :) Only the mattress was very soft and might not be the newest, but that wasn‘t a problem for us. You‘ll definately need a car there and it’s a nice starting point for day trips around the area. :)
