We have a lovely, well lit and sleek southwest interior design that is mixed with mid-century style furniture. Forced central air & heat (not common in NM, as most utilize evap cooler!) Our 2 bedrooms are very comfy with great (King and Queen) mattresses. The neighborhood is quiet and near wonderful parks, UNM, and Nob Hill to walk (15 mins), bike ride or drive (2mins), which is lined with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants! We do have a $15/nt pet fee (up to $45 max per pet). No garage access.

Fully updated and modern 2-bedroom home featuring king-sized beds and large TVs throughout! Home includes a full washer/dryer unit, a giant custom concrete island for meals and gathering! Open living area showcases lots of shelving with games, books & puzzles surrounding a large smart TV! There is a dedicated workstation, as well as a “mud room” greeting area to drop all of your things and get cozy. End the day enjoying the Sandia Mountains on the lovely porch swing or in the private backyard!

The Shophouse A Sweet Studio in Nob Hill

Welcome to our quiet studio, in a nice neighborhood, centrally located in Nob Hill. It's a 5-10 minute walk to eclectic shopping, dining and entertainment. It's a 4-5 minute drive to UNM, Pope Joy Hall, CNM; 12-15 minute drive to Old Town, Albuquerque BioPark, Museums; 4 minutes to I-25 and 7 minutes to the airport! The space was recently a workshop for furniture building; before that, a carport! We've had so much fun creating a living space from this old garage. It's a pleasure to share it!

If you're looking for fun & relaxation, the Sea Belle has everything you need for a comfortable & unique vacation! Tucked away at the back of a compound at the end of a dead-end street, you'll feel like you've found a secret hideaway. The property boasts a luxurious spa atmosphere, with an entire shower room equipped with a steam shower and eight different shower heads, a hot tub, bidet toilet, & an outdoor shower. We carefully designed this space with both style & functionality in mind.

Casita Azul is a cozy studio guesthouse perfect for solo travelers, couples, or traveling nurses. Enjoy your own private space with a comfy bed, bathroom, and kitchenette. Conveniently located near downtown Albuquerque, hospitals, restaurants, and local breweries, this casita offers both comfort and charm, a quiet retreat close to everything you need. This adorable one bedroom casita features eco-friendly products, classy Deco decorating, and an extra cozy Keetsa king bed. The combination of minimal aesthetics with just the right flashy Deco touch creates a cozy, inviting interior. The Casita is completely private and is heated and cooled by mini-splits in the living room and bedroom. There is secure parking for a sedan style vehicle, but it cannot accommodate larger vehicles like large trucks or SUVs.

This unique place has a style all its own. Modern, BoHo, and newly renovated guest casita centrally located in downtown/Old Town area. Studio with sleeping loft and kitchenette. Walkable downtown neighborhood close to Old Town Plaza, Nobhill, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and parks. Private courtyard and access to a lush backyard. Easily accessible to freeway. ONE SMALL DOG welcome without host approval, anything else needs host approval.

Located n the heart of Abq’s University Neighborhood. This Casa is beautiful and comfortable, newly remodeled 2 bedroom house. Guests have full access and no part is shared. It is centrally located 4 blocks from the University of NM, restaurants and Starbucks!! It is decorated with a modern flair for your comfort and enjoyment. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. There is a private outdoor space with seating and a gas BBQ grill available.
