Apartment just as described and shown in pictures. Located in a neighborhood away from busy areas, but right on a bus line that takes you into the city center. Several shopping options nearby for groceries. Loved having the patio/outdoor space. Apartment was very nice, not super child friendly as there are a lot of breakables and I was always terrified my kids would accidentally break something. Very well stocked to be able to cook. Didn’t realize at the time I booked that there was no air conditioning, and when we arrived it was very hot so we bought a fan and that cooled it off some. Totally my error but if you went it in the summer something to be mindful of. WiFi was great. Host responsive. Highly recommend.

Appartement parfait en tout point pour recevoir notre petite famille, qu'il s'agisse de son emplacement (proche de la gare, à 2mn du jardin des plantes, et à proximité immédiate des services : transports, alimentation), de ses équipements (lit parapluie, chaise haute, jeux et vaisselle pour enfants, lave-linge & lave-vaisselle...) ou de l'accueil et l'excellente communicaton avec WeHost. Je recommande vivement ce logement ! Et nous y reviendrons si nous avons à nouveau besoin d'un logement à Nantes :) Merci pour tout !

This was a perfect spot for us to explore. We rented a car and being able to park was important. It was really easy to follow Julie's instructions to check-in and to find the parking space. The apartment is perfectly curated for a comfortable stay. If you don't have a car, the bus line out front also takes you directly into the city centre.

Appartement spacieux, bien équipé avec une agréable terrasse et décoré avec goût. Bien situé avec tous les commerces utiles accessibles à pied ainsi que les transports pour rejoindre l’hyper-centre rapidement. Nicolas nous a réservé un très bon accueil. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Marie. Le logement est très fonctionnel et conforme à la description qui en est faite. Le box en sous-sol à disposition est un plus. Je conseille vivement.

Super séjour Très facile de se rendre en centre ville. Carrefour city et petit parc très sympas a 2 pas. Amandine s'est adaptée à nos heures d'arrivée et de départ, super accueil ! Merci encore

Séjour à l'occasion du marathon, appartement très bien situé et propre. Le tram n'est pas loin, il permet de rejoindre rapidement le centre-ville. Situé dans une résidence calme, à proximité immédiate du Jardin des Plantes Bref, à recommander

Stéphanie est très accueillante et très discrète. Elle nous a proposé des lieux à visiter. Le lit est très confortable Nous avons eu l’avantage d’utiliser la cuisine neuve. L’emplacement du village est très bien . Si nous revenons dans le coin nous reviendrons chez vous.

I had a wonderful stay at Marie-Victoire's! Based on her lovely place I get the sense that she is a bon vivant. The small details made the biggest difference: one of the best showers, one of the best hairdryers, linen sheets, excellent tea.... superb! Additionally Marie-Victoire kindly sent plenty of recommendations and information my way well in advance. Knowing that I would be using the biking service Naolib velo while in Nantes she also offered a helmet which was very thoughtful. This apartment is a pleasant stroll from Jardin des Plantes and the train station, verrry convienent. I also recommend visiting Ile de Versailles and the surrounding area. One of the best galettes I had was at Creperie Heb Ken... please get one with carmelized onions, wow! I think I'll be back and I would love to stay at Marie-Vicoire's again.

Logement très bien agencé et aménagé. À 5 minutes à pied du tram, on est dans le centre en quelques minutes. La communication avec Élise est agréable et efficace.

L'appartamento è in un'ottima posizione, di fronte al ponte che collega l'area dei cantieri navali (dove c'è la Galérie des Machines de l'Ile). La stazione marittima è a 5 minuti. Prima del ponte c'è la fermata del tram 1, che porta direttamente in centro. A pochi minuti a piedi c'è un supermercato. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario, è luminoso e ben arredato. In cucina non manca niente, il bagno è funzionale e dotato di una bella doccia (l'acqua calda arriva subito). C'è un pratico quaderno con informazioni utili, come ad esempio la gestione dei rifiuti o le istruzioni per accendere la tv. Il divano letto non è dei più comodi, ma per qualche notte ci si adatta. Le finestre della cucina non sono dotate di oscuranti, pertanto a chi necessita di buio assoluto consiglio di dotarsi di mascherina per gli occhi. Ruth è disponibile e gentile, risponde ai messaggi nel giro di qualche minuto.

Séjour au top dans le logement d'Hélène. Fidèle aux photographies, très propre et très bien équipé, il nous a permis de profiter de bons moments en famille avec notre fille de 18 mois. Hélène a mis des équipements bébé à notre disposition, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Elle a répondu à toutes nos questions avec rapidité. Nous vous la recommandons !

the apartment was really great! Can accommodate up to 6 people. Very spacious. Lovely and quiet area/suburb of Nantes. There is a tram line nearby, a 10 minute walk, and then you can be in the city center in 15 minutes. Sabry was a very efficient host. He gave us very clear instructions on check in and useful tips for our stay. Very minor details that could improve the stay even further, which are so minor that they are not worth mentioning. Highly recommended!!
