Cozy Apartment great Area

This is a small but Cozy Apartment, near the famous Laugardags/swimming-pool and Botanic Garden. Only 2,5 km to downtown. Bus stop right outside the building which goes strait to the center. Nice cafe´s and bakery near by. Comfortable queen bed for two adults and a IKEA Sofa-bed in the living room lots of families in this apartment complex so no parties and noise after 22,00. But the bus is right outside the house goes straight down town were you could find lots off bars and clubs :)

Clean, peaceful, in walking distance to everything - restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, groceries, tourist attractions and more. Free parking with one private parking spot. The kitchen is fully loaded. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and one bedroom has two single kids beds Local swimming pool is only 5 min walk away. Apartment is provided with linen, towels and soap etc.
