My house is in a quiet neighborhood by a creek of the Lynnhaven River 7 miles from the Oceanfront/Chesapeake Bay with easy access to the interstate and surrounding cities in Hampton Roads. Only minutes from Town Center and local malls. Your private area is the 1st level with your own private entrance, but no kitchen. There is small microwave and a coffee machine in the unit , & a small fridge on the screened-in-porch.

Welcome to the Cozy Crab – updated, comfort-focused & steps from the sand! Located in a quiet corner of a beachfront building on the Virginia Beach boardwalk with a seasonal pool (open mid-May–mid-Oct). Sleeps 4 with 3 real beds: one queen and two singles, all with real mattresses. Features a large, updated bathroom with full vanity and a kitchen. Just a few steps up—no elevator needed. No chore checkout, pro cleaning, fresh linens/towels, WiFi. 2nd-floor grills. Eat! restaurant is downstairs!

It is 3 blocks to the oceanfront beach and walking distance to the convention center, an upscale supermarket, restaurants, Museum of Contemporary Art, skate board park, and all the fun activities of the boardwalk offers. The Convention Center is 4 blocks away. There is private parking for 4 vehicles. There is a beautiful backyard for outside dinners with a large fenced in private yard.
