Had a lovely Easter break, George welcomed us to his lovely property, great location few minutes walk to the beach and shops, with the benefit of a quiet residential area. The property was just like the pictures, the enclosed garden with a hot tub was a real highlight for all three generations, together with ground floor bedrooms. George was quick to respond and provide help when needed.

Had a wonderful stay for 3 nights with my elderly Mum, sister and cousin. The bungalow clearly has been renovated recently, and it’s spotless, yet feels comfortable. It’s light, airy and spacious and very well equipped. The garden is very neat and tidy. We paid extra to use the hot tub which was great. A lovely, modern Samsung TV in the living room meant we could watch films in the evening on a high quality TV. Kitchen was well equipped. The surrounding area is so peaceful and quiet. We had such a relaxing break we are thinking of returning later in the year. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay at Andy and Rosie's. The house is in a great location and we really enjoyed having the large field out front to play games in. Andy was very responsive to any questions and gave se great eating out recommendations. Highly recommend this accommodation.

This was our fourth time at Jane's home. We always have a brilliant time and this was no exception. We love the little quirky features of the house, the location right on the beach and always feel very comfortable and at home. Thanks Jane - I'm sure we'll be back again!

We had a lovely stay for NYE at Ingram House! The bar area was a great space to relax in and the dining room and lounge area were also lovely. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable! Highly recommend a stay here!

Everything you've read is true: the accommodation is great, well located, spacious, the bedding is comfortable and all Debbie's advice is very helpful. We highly recommend it.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le logement de Stéphanie où nous y sommes restés 3 jours. Il n'y manquait rien, il était très propre et très bien équipé. Il y avait même des jouets pour notre fils de 3 ans ce qui était très appréciable. Le pack de bienvenue fourni était très utile (lait, beurre,vin, chips, gâteaux, céréales, pain). L'espace extérieur est privé et très paisible. Nous n'avons pas vu l'hôte, il s'agissait d'une arrivée autonome. Le pub situé à 5 minutes à pied est très bien , nous le recommandons. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

A great stay, lots of space and dog friendly. 5 minute walk to direct to Euston train, all amenities nearby.

Martin was a proactive and friendly host who was so sensitive to our needs (as we'd been through a difficult time as a family). Instructions were thorough. clear and helpful. Check in and check out was as flexible as possible. We also appreciated the bottle of bubbles as well as all the other basics like tea, coffee, etc. Martin's additional info on getting to & from our evening entertainment/venue was invaluable & beyond helpful. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer. Der Blick durch die Fenster im Wohn- und oben im Schlafzimmer ist super schön und hat etwas beruhigendes. Der Strand ist über eine kleine Mauer im Vorgarten direkt erreichbar. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft klein und gemütlich und verfügt über alles, was es benötigt. Die Betten sind mega gemütlich und alles war super sauber und gepflegt. Simone ist gut erreichbar, hat alles bestens beschrieben und war sehr zuvorkommend. Sie hat einen Willkommens-Gruß und -Snack bereitgestellt und, da wir mit Kleinkind unterwegs waren, hat sie uns sogar einen Hochstuhl und ein Kinderbett besorgt. Da wir in den Bewertungen gelesen hatten, die Unterkunft sei schlecht zu finden: wir haben sie aufgrund der genauen Beschreibung sofort gefunden und hatten keinerlei Umstände! Auch der Hinterhof war einfach der Eingang von verschiedenen kleinen Häusern und Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern.

Large open living room, great for entertaining our entire family. Huge kitchen with plenty of utensils/etc. Large, clean full bathrooms. Bedrooms very comfortable! Highly recommend!

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

Although the entrance from the street is a bit old looking, once the apartment door is opened, one realizes what a wonderful spot it is. There were all the amenities I needed, the bed and couch were quite comfortable. It was a great walk to my office across the river. (and of course, Battersea park is very closeby). The host was very responsive to my questions. I hope the apartment is available the next time I am in London!

If you are looking for a home from home or an upgrade from home, this is the place to stay. Arrived from Melbourne and immediately settled into the joy of living in the countryside. Although too cold to enjoy the pool, we did use the tennis court and shot some hoops. We walked to Old Thorns Golf and Country Club and can recommend Katie's Coffee bar. It's an easy walk amongst stunning scenery. We walked back via the Foley Estate from the Deers Hut pub. Liphook is so lucky to have not one but two stunningly beautiful golf courses. If their is a heaven on earth, we must have stayed in its guest house!

The barn is beautiful and very well fitted out. Fabulous setting, absolutely stunning and super peaceful and quiet. The one bathroom was challenging at times with a party of adults but the rest of the barn is faultless and such a joy to stay in. The tennis court and other amenities were fabulous.

For my first holiday away with my 2 beautiful children I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better stay. The cottage is beautiful, the gardens and surrounding grounds are stunning, simply a lovely place to be. We spent a lot of time in the cottage and use if the new fire pit in the evenings as it was so peaceful and relaxing. 2 main attractions for us were Pooh Corner with Ashdown Forrest for all your Winnie the Pooh adventures, and Hever Castle which is a lovely day out. Tennis courts and a lovely pool to boot ❤️❤️❤️ Caroline left some beautiful touches, some Easter treats for my children and a host of food and fresh juice, lovely 😍❤️

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

My family had a wonderful stay during Easter holidays. Everything about our stay was very easy due to Helen’s fantastic instructions and online guide. We all loved using the pool, it was clean and warm. Sharing the pool with the other holiday let was no bother as the pool was plenty big enough for everyone. The village and setting itself is beautiful and so close to many amenities. The children have already asked to come back!!

We had a lovely stay, the little house was clean, cosy and warm, everything you need, we explored the area for walks. We walked to the local pub , The Fox Inn they where very friendly the food was nice. We went to the Parrot at Forest Green for a Sunday Roast which was great. Horsham is near if you fancy a potter around the shops and pick up some bits. Guildford was 30 minutes away also another lovely day there too. Thank you we enjoyed our visit.

Another lovely weekend break at The Barn. It's a perfect space for our group of friends to catch up and chill out. Always spotless and clean. We lucked out with the weather and the pool and tennis court got some good use. We had a lovely 6 mile walk around the Surrey Hills with the beautiful Abinger Hatch pub a half way point. Daniel was very welcoming and friendly and accessible to answer our queries. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and crockery but we forgot cling film and foil, so bring some if you think you will be using it. There is a lovely outdoor seating area and dining table which was a lovely afternoon sun trap. All in all a perfect stay and we will be coming again next year!
