We needed a place to stay while we transitioned to Delaware. This was the perfect place for us. It was close to the beach, comfortable, very quite, and everyone was so friendly. We felt like we were at home even if it was a temporary stop. There was plenty of space and things we needed to make our stay smooth. Shane and Erin were helpful and wonderful hosts, they let us know of upcoming event's and if there was anything we should be aware of. I would recommend this place to couples or families. We stayed during the holidays and it felt magical to be there during this time.

We were a group of 10 and spent Thanksgiving week with our kids and grandkids at Paul's place. The house was perfect with plenty of space, nice furnishings and comfortable beds. It was walkable to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. The weather cooperated and we spent time walking, sitting and playing football on the beach. The kitchen was so well equipped with everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. We appreciated the perfect place for our family to gather for Thanksgiving! Thanks Paul

This place is such a gem! The home was exactly what we expected — and more! The location is amazing and the setting is so serene and peaceful. The house was well-equipped with towels, linens and kitchen essentials. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms make it perfect for a family! Tom and Jess answered our questions quickly and were laid back and respectful of our time there. We will definitely book again.

Fantastic beach getaway. The home was clean and comfortable with extra room even bigger than the pictures. The views were spectacular and the deck actually is accessible from so many places. The directions for keyless entry were clear, but when I wasn’t understanding them the hosts responded immediately and we got in within moments. Comfortable beds and plenty of things in the kitchen - can opener, coffee maker and wine opener as well as things like cutting board and baking sheets. Fridge is huge and there’s tons of ice. Definitely would recommend.

We ran into an issue when we first booked, and Elizabeth went out of her way to make sure it was taken care of. Then, we were delayed in getting there because of Hurricane Helene and she again made sure we were taken care of. Would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area!

Amy was a fantastic host! She is very responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. The place was absolutely spotless and the location could not have been better. Upon arrival, Amy sent a lot of activities and let us know things to do around. Everything was in walking distance and the area is amazing. I would recommend Amy and this Airbnb to anyone!

We stayed with our toddler and two dogs and we all had such a great family time. Natalie is a wonderful host, felt very welcomed during our stay and very easy to communicate. The place is as described and with amazing views and beach access. Pets are not only allowed but are felt “welcomed”. Very toddler friendly. Great local recs provided by Natalie. We all had a peaceful and relaxing stay. Will definitely plan for future trips here. I highly recommend this place to others.

We had an incredible week at this beautiful cottage in Rehoboth. Just a ten-minute walk to the beach, the home strikes the perfect balance between spaciousness and intimacy—it’s fully equipped with every accessory you could want for a luxurious stay. The rooms are large and airy, the beds incredibly comfortable, and the living room is vast and cozy enough to host a big family gathering. David was an exceptional host—responsive, thoughtful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Rehoboth itself is an idyllic town, and this cottage made it even more memorable. We’re already looking forward to our return.

Exactly as described, great space! Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen brand new and super high end appliances. Living room space comfortable and well appointed. Highly recommend!

Shawn and Terri’s air bnb went above and beyond my expectations! We decided not to stay on the beach this year but I didn’t realize that we’d still be right on the bay! There’s a peer overlooking the ocean that was just a five minute walk away. Not only that, but the community itself was private, peaceful, and had everything you could ever need to stay busy! There were two pools, ball courts, and playgrounds all walking distance. The residents were kind and welcoming. Assateague beach was a five minute drive away and restaurants only a ten minute drive! The main strip of ocean city was super close. The air bnb itself was clean and beautifully decorated. There were extra blankets, amenities, my son loved the cards and coloring books! All in all this was the perfect place to stay.

Andrew's place was definitely everything we wanted and more. we will definitely be coming back soon.

Lynn and Brian’s house was amazing. It was perfect for our large group! The house had everything we needed and more. The hot tub and outdoor area were a huge plus! The house was very clean and they supplied us with sheets and towels which was a huge help. Brian was very responsive and super easy to communicate with. Couldn’t have asked for a better house or hosts!

Beautiful property! So close to the bay with absolutely beautiful sunset’s. Convenient to downtown Cape May. Great backyard! Entire family enjoyed the pool, fire pit, & having a fenced in yard. Would highly recommend this place.

Lovely place to stay! My family and I had our Christmas here and it was the perfect space. It was comfortable, came well stocked, and had nice touches throughout the home.

We had an amazing stay and we loved the pool! It's definitely not your average Airbnb and felt like home. We had 5 adults & 1 toddler. The upstairs was great for the toddler/my husband and I since it was larger and had the private bathroom but was still usable to other guests, if needed because of the separate doors. There also had all the beach amenities you would need, which was so helpful - along with the Rehoboth parking pass. We can't thank M&M enough for this great option!

Loved our stay! The house is in a great location. Close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants and yet secluded and peaceful. The house was perfect for our family. A little yard space for the dog and we enjoyed the hot tub. Bill was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We hope to come back soon. Highly recommend!

Nancy is a very nice host! She was always responsive and proactive in providing useful reminders before check-in and check out. Her place is beautiful, new, clean and very cosy. My family loved it and I would book again!

Great stay! First the location was amazing: right on the bay with private beach access 1 house over, 10 minutes from grocery and convenience stores and great restaurants, 15-18 minutes from Bethany beach and boardwalk. Second the amenities at the house were perfect: so much communal space to relax, well stocked including kids toys/ play area, sand toys, bikes, kayaks, stroller, beach wagon, umbrella, beach blanket, everything we needed to entertain our toddler just steps to the sand and bay. Third, the house lay out was very accommodating for larger groups/ families. There were 2 primary suites (one on the upper level and one on the main level) both with large walk-in closets (with air vents) that had pack-and-plays set up in them. 2 smaller secondary bedrooms upstairs, but one also had a full kids bed in the walk-in that was decorated princess themed. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had most meals at home. Such a perfect spot, we will be back next year.

For us to say that Kelly was an amazing AirBNB host and her home is even better than the photos show would be an understatement! This lady exemplifies honesty and kindness and left no details to her home rental to chance right down to the complimentary toothpaste and soaps and the binoculars to use while visiting. She was so considerate that there was a welcome basket on the dining table with little toys for our dogs and sunscreen and bug spray for our family. The house has everything to make you feel like you're home away from home and the views from the front and back are as good as you'll find anywhere in DE. Truly worth the price of admission type of place to get your relax on just a few steps from Slaughter Beach and 25 minutes to the hustle and party life of Rohobeth Beach. Thank You Kelly

This was the most beautiful home! It was the perfect distance from the beach and boardwalk without all the noise. The view from the back deck was incredible. Everything in the house was updated and it was decorated beautifully. I stayed here with friends for a girls weekend and I only wish we could have stayed longer! Megan was quick to respond and our stay was problem free! I would 100% recommend anyone stay here. 10/10 would do it again! :)

We had a great week staying at Cheryl’s place with my partner and child. The lovely bay beach is very close, as well as the ferry terminal and Harpoons on the Bay, which is always great before taking in the sunset. The place was clean and included the essentials needed for cooking, laundry etc. the layout of this three bedroom is really nice because the two smaller rooms are at the front of the house along with a bathroom, and the spacious master bedroom with its own bathroom is at the back of the house, so if we’d come with my parents or another couple it would have still felt spacious and everyone would have had their privacy. We liked that the yard was enclosed, so it felt very private. Highly recommend!

Great airbnb for us. We were a large group and appreciated the ample number of bedrooms/baths. We also enjoyed the open kitchen/family room space on the 2nd floor with easy access to a balcony overlooking the canal. Kitchen is a great working kitchen fully stocked and well laid out. A bunch of us kayaked out in the canals. We also enjoyed the nearby beaches and restaurants. Hosts were amazingly responsive. A/C worked great, too. Great property!
