I stayed at this air b&b with 14 people. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and the host was great & very responsive! Highly recommend if you are looking for some time away or need a home base for a large group just outside of Toronto

This is an awesome venue! We were a fairly large group and my folks loved it from the start. It's the little details that made a difference, like enough utensils, cutlery, linen etc. The weather was a little disappointing, but the place had enough to keep us entertained indoors, including a billiards table, ping-pong table, and air-hockey table, among other things. In short, best place for large families and friends. We definitely would revisit.

We stayed at Sahar’s cottage for a family weekend and it was great. The place was clean and had a lot to do. The lake is beautiful and the cottage is nice and private. The pool table was a hit and the projector was my son’s favourite thing. Overall a great place!

We had a great time at Todd's place. Julie and Todd were both easy to reach and helpful whenever we had questions! The location is beautiful and there was a lot to do around the area! would recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house is very spacious, clean, and exactly as described. There are several sitting spaces in the house - loved the Hanger, Gym equipment, and Hot Tub. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and there were plenty of extra linens, towels, and bedding, which added a lot of comfort. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, and the home had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Josh was fantastic — extremely helpful, responsive, and made the whole process from check-in to check-out smooth and stress-free. The Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and easy stay. We would love to come back!

The place felt so cozy and right at home. Viviane was amazing and was so friendly which made a difference with the entire experience. I would highly recommend their stay if you are looking for a nice peaceful and restful cottage experience. already looking forward to booking our next stay here in the fall.

We had a wonderful time relaxing by the fireplace on the beanbag chair, cooking meals in the kitchen and roasting marshmallows at the fire! The home wasn’t too hard to find and the instructions were very clear! Fully stocked dishware and utensils in the kitchen as well as linens provided for sleeping and showering. Back deck was welcoming and open which made it perfect for barbecuing. Overall very good!

We loved staying at the Hello Sunshine cottage! The place was clean, comfortable, and immediately felt like our own little home away from home. The place feels private, the view is stunning, and it was a breath of fresh air to unplug from technology during our stay. The sunroom was perfect for completing puzzles during the day and the backyard was well equipped to enjoy a peaceful fire at night. Alanna was a great host and was very quick to communicate with us whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend staying at Hello Sunshine, and will definitely be booking again!

What a beautiful spot! Right on the water! Perfect place to relax and unwind! Lots for the family to do from fishing, going out in the boat, swimming, enjoying the views and having a fire! Kris is very helpful, attentive and responsive from start to finish! The cottage had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We are already talking about going back! Our stay at Bala’s place was a fantastic experience. We were a group of 8 including 4 tween aged children. The cottage is very well located , close to Port Perry and around 45 min to Peterborough. Lots of places to visit within the Trent Severn Waterway area. Bala graciously allow us an early check-in. His place is very cute, neat, super clean and had everything we needed to prepare meals and to entertain both children and adults alike. The game room is a great addition to the cottage. Walking distance to Lake Scugog, we were able to have nice walks after a delicious BBQ dinner. The deck and the fire pit allowed us to share quality family time while enjoying nature at its best. Thank you Bala for such a warm welcome with popcorn and soda !!. We appreciated very much your always friendly and promptly response to our needs. I will definitely recommend anyone to have a great and relaxing experience at your cottage. It is worth it !

My family had an amazing time at Linda's cottage. Very beautiful scenery (amazing sunsets) had an easy access to public boat launch too!

Great location at the north end of Scugog Island. Walking trails at the end of the street about 100 meters away were great for walking dogs and exploring. Beautiful lakefront views in well appointed AirBnb. All the amenities you would need and more. We had a family gathering, and were able to fully function and cook and enjoy the space. Coffee provider with Keurig, tea and sugar and cooking oil. All the little things you need but are often missing from AirBnb rentals. The house was well laid out and people could enjoy the downstairs area where we did some crafts and played Foosball. Would be even more amazing in the summer with the large deck that wraps around the house. Very nice spot. Feels like a home not an AirBnb sterile empty unit.

This place was lovely. We stayed here for five nights as we were in the area for a family wedding - stayed here with my mother and my adult daughter and her boyfriend. The setting and outdoor space was beautiful and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the beds we used had good mattresses and good quality linens (often not the case with airbnbs!). The kitchen was very well appointed with everything we needed. The fridge had all sorts of condiments which is always appreciated. We loved the firepit and outdoor decks. It’s also great to have two bathrooms! Dan was a fantastic host - responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again if we are ever back in the area. Definitely among the nicest of Airbnbs I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in many, all over the world ☺️.

This is a lovely spacious property situated on Lake Simcoe. We've enjoyed being there previously and were thrilled to be back. It is a welcoming and comfortable even for our family of 5 adults. Carol is a terrific host with great communication and enthusiasm.

Lynette was very proactive before our check in, plus she sent us clear instructions with plenty of details to make the stay go as smooth as you would like. The place is great, specially during summer time, you'll enjoy the calmness of the lake and some amazing scenery.

It was a very spacious home with a lovely view. The kitchen was well equipped for the number of people with plenty of towels, cleaning products and nice to have a washer and dryer. It was clean and tidy when we arrived and the pictures described the space very well.

We had an amazing weekend at this cottage! The place was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The area was beautiful and peaceful—perfect for a winter getaway. The hot tub was definitely a highlight! Sitting in the warm water while surrounded by snowy trees was such a great experience. It made the whole trip feel extra special. Very charming and rustic cottage with a beautiful backdrop. We stared at the lake for endless hours through the window in the sun room, and enjoyed sunsets sitting on the dock. If you have young kids, this place is a dream come true. Between the adorable kids room filled with toys, puzzles and books, the pirate ship play structure in the yard, and the countless water activities, your little ones will have no shortage of things to do. There's also lots to do in the area. We enjoyed eating and shopping in downtown Port Perry, strawberry picking at a local farm, and the numerous parks and beaches in close proximity. I would definitely recommend and we look forward to returning!

Our holiday was great, we were happy with our choice, from communication with the owner to staying in the house, everything went without any problems. I highly recommend this place and yes, we will definitely come back again
