Welcome! You will enjoy your stay at this comfy basement suite. The house is located at the East side of Regina, which is minutes away from all the East end amenities, including grocery, department stores, gyms, and restaurants. It is only a few minutes drive to access main roads and highway. Bus stops are less than 5 minutes walking distance. The house is located on a nice and quiet crescent with plenty of parking space and near the park.

Chic Guest Suite Across From Park

The Guest Suite is a large studio style room with one queen size bed and a leather sofa hide a bed (queen size). Perfect for one or two people and cozy for 3 people. The Suite has a small ‘kitchenette” with Nespresso machine, fridge, microwave and toaster. The bathroom is compact but cute with large walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is well stocked with shampoo, shower gel and other essential products.
