Come relax for a getaway in our elegant guest loft! Located near the end of a quiet road with lots of wide open fields and beautiful tree lines! Our loft features a cute kitchenette, plenty of closet space, TV(YoutubeTV & Roku), an extremely comfortable bed! The loft is kept very clean and neat and will be stocked with all the essentials. Access to a beautiful 33' above ground pool! We are conveniently located about 5 miles from downtown Abbeville, and only a 10 minute drive to Erskine/Due West!

This rare tiny A-Frame cabin is a cozy getaway in the Blue Ridge mountains of North Georgia—nestled between state parks (Black Rock, Tallulah Gorge/Falls, Moccasin Creek), popular outdoor destinations (Lake Rabun/Burton/Seed, Minnehaha Falls) & miles of hiking trails! Nearby is the charming historic town of Clayton (est. 1819); home to the flagship Wander outdoor store, amazing food spots (Wood-fired pizza, Cuban, Mexican, Italian, American, etc.) & lovely shops. Welcome to the Queen of Harts, our 2BR/1BA, waterfront cottage on Lake Hartwell w/private, deep water dock. The house is located on a quite street 25 min to Clemson. Interior has been remodeled including farmhouse kitchen sink, butcher block countertops, dishwasher, large bathroom, washer/dryer, and new furnishings. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the dock or explore the cove on stand-up paddle boards included with rental. Other amenities include wi-fi, 55" Smart TV, charcoal grill, and fire pit.

Private-Lake getaway-7 mile view from dock

Spacious two story guest house on a private road situated on Lake Hartwell. Use the double deck dock with 7 mile view for all day fishing, swimming or just relaxing. The guest house with central heating and air is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, 3 streaming flat screen tvs, two full baths, washer/dryer combo and a large attached deck. Owners live on property but in different residence. Outdoor cameras overlook parking area. Only reserved guests have property access.

3 little Care Bear bungalow

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

The Wildflower

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

Basement apartment in Pendleton w/ sep. entrance

This is a basement apartment in my personal home with its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchen. Parking is on the street in front of the house and there’s a concrete walkway that takes you down to the entrance. It’s a studio style apartment with your own thermostat, a king bed, ceiling fans, over 500 sqft, and a fenced backyard for your pup if you bring one. Less than 20 min. to downtown Anderson Pendleton or Clemson. This prime location on lake Hartwell is a 10 minute boat ride to Portman Shoals Marina, the Galley restaurant, & Green Pond Landing.

At the Pendle-tin, you’re close to everything while still enjoying a quiet, tucked-away setting on the west end of downtown Pendleton. Just 5–8 minutes from Clemson’s Death Valley and two blocks from shops and restaurants. Lake Hartwell is about 5 minutes away and the mountains are an easy day trip. Inside features a kitchen, full bath, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, queen bed, games and workspace. Outside offers seating for four and a propane fire pit.

This gorgeous garage loft studio apartment is the perfect place to stay when visiting the upstate. Conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown Greenville and only 30 from Clemson University, you won’t need to spend a lot of time driving anywhere. Windmill Cottage

You’ll treasure your time at this cute little cottage. It is 295 sq feet and was built in 2023 at the edge of the woods on our property. It has a full kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and living room. It is perfect for one or two people, for either a quiet get-away in the country or for someone who is in town for work and is looking for a more extended stay. We offer discounts for weekly/monthly stays!

The Little Cottage on Pine/20 minutes to Clemson

The Cottage was created for the purpose of having a beautiful place to host our out-of-town family and friends. We chose to make it available for guests like you as well. It is tucked away in the quiet countryside of Upstate SC. Enjoy the peaceful farmland, your morning cup of coffee on the front porch, the nearby lakes and a short drive to downtown Clemson. Perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway.
