Private but part of the main dwelling occupied by the owners, it is at ground level with its own private access, the guesthouse comes equip with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The accommodation is designed for couples or single person.

Upstairs apartment is a large, 2-bedroom house, with spacious living room, tv room, private bathroom and full kitchen. The apartment has its own entrance and private back deck. Right on the beach, a large, light and airy living space (160sqm upstairs house). Backed by native bush with expansive views of the beach and sea/sunrises to the front. Matakatia is a tidal inner harbour beach with safe swimming in summer, and for the brave in winter.
