The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. A short drive away there’s a Nature reserve, play barn, golf, tennis, fishing & a little zoo as well as Blyton ice cream & racetrack. A stream with ducks is in the next village. Sleeping 2, this rural getaway is perfect for those wanting to retreat from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. Relax in the hot tub and soak up the sweeping views! Woldview retreat is on the edge of the small village of Spridlington, and has open plan living, dining and sleeping, with bifold doors opening out on to a balcony showcasing the scenic views of rural Lincolnshire. These can also be enjoyed from the hot tub. Maximum 2 Adults. No infants or children. No pets.

You might see sheep, goats, lambs, alpacas or donkeys during your stay, your human hosts are on site too! The Bolthole is tucked away in the quiet village of Glentworth, within easy reach of Lincoln. An ideal retreat, complete with wood-burning hot tub, or base from which to explore. The hot tub is amazing after a day of activity!

New for 2020 we have our converted shipping container lodge. Perfect for this years holiday as it is completely self contained in the middle of fields. This is a 4 person lodge, ( 2 adults and 2 children really due to the space and the sofa bed is a small double) benefiting from its own open plan kitchen/dining area, bathroom and double bedroom. Also own hot tub.
