There is also a beautiful patio only steps away from the water where you can enjoy watching boats and wildlife.

Quaint & cozy private lakefront cottage on East side of Skaneateles Lake. Gorgeous views! Magnificent sunsets!! key location! Short Boat ride or drive to village (2.9 mi) and all attractions. Cottage is on a 1 acre 185ft lake property shared with the owner. Dock for lake access. 2 kayaks and life jackets available to enjoy the lake. Water shoes a must as lake bottom is rocky. No children. No pets. There are 2 Friendly and Fluffy Australian Shepherds on the property.

Just up the path from the private deeded swimming beaches, our newly remodeled cottage (after last year‘s devastating destruction by a tree) has been carefully decorated to ensure comfort to make you feel at home. This 2 bedroom 1.5 bath cottage has many spaces to enjoy including the enclosed porch & back deck. We invite you to stay up to 14 days June - August; or longer outside of our summer season. This Finger Lakes cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway. Located on the West side in the heart of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, there are numerous wineries and breweries within minutes to explore. In addition, you can indulge in the foodie scene in Geneva or enjoy a beautiful hike through waterfalls at Watkins Glen State Park. This waterfront cottage with 50’ of private lake frontage has incredible views of Seneca Lake and its amazing sunrises.
