A unique river retreat for relaxing and viewing wildlife. We are minutes from extensive trails and about an hour from Lassen Park. Our house has fragile and antique components and is not suited for pets, groups or children. If you are ok with quirky, imperfect, au natural and "wild" (possibility of snakes and spiders) we have your place! With windows along most of the east side, you will almost always have a view of the Sacramento River. This is not a cookie cutter house—please read listing.

There is a spacious kitchen and dining room with lots of stunning counter space to accommodate food, family, fun, and friends! Pets are welcome, but please keep them off the furniture. Great base for day trips to stunning lakes and mountain surroundings . . .Sparkling clean with contemporary furnishings. spacious back yard with deck and BBQ. Great for family getaways, friendly gatherings, and those just traveling through. A recent guest described, "We love the decor and design ideas. The home is quiet and cozy and very classy!"

Come and enjoy our spacious home and sparkling pool. This quiet and peaceful house has three large bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, and laundry area. The backyard is a 1/2 acre with large mature trees, providing shade in Redding's summer heat. The location is very close to the Sacramento river and other outdoor activities. The owners live in the front house and share the pool and back yard but you will have little interaction with them during your stay.
