It is minutes to many local beaches, ten minutes to Gulf Harbour and 10 - 15 minutes to Orewa and the motorway.

Close the door and switch off from the world… except for the gentle sounds of local birdlife, fantails, tūī and kererū Start your day with a coffee or wind down with a glass of wine on your private deck. Kick back on the couch with a good book or catch up on your favourite shows — this space is all about relaxing your way. Your peaceful getaway, designed with calm in mind. Plus, safe off-street parking for two vehicles.

This beautifully styled, new home is just 200m from Orewa Beach and has everything you need to relax and get away from it all. Comfortable beds with hotel quality linen, full kitchen and laundry facilities, Smart TV, BBQ, deck for summer dining and watching the stunning sunsets, and 2 stand up paddleboards for guests to use. Far enough away from the main highway to be peaceful but close enough to walk to the beach, estuary track, shops and restaurants.

Upstairs apartment is a large, 2-bedroom house, with spacious living room, tv room, private bathroom and full kitchen. The apartment has its own entrance and private back deck. Right on the beach, a large, light and airy living space (160sqm upstairs house). Backed by native bush with expansive views of the beach and sea/sunrises to the front. Matakatia is a tidal inner harbour beach with safe swimming in summer, and for the brave in winter.

Spacious and sunny self contained 1 bedroom guest suite with seperate entrance and ample parking. A 1 minute walk to the bus- stop, shopping centre, supermarket, eateries & cafes, cinema, local library. Walking distance to peninsula beaches, walking tracks, tennis court & gyms. Few minutes drive to the Marina, golf clubs & leisure centre. A short walk to Whangaparaoa School & Whangaparaoa College.
