It is a quick drive or Uber to downtown, Frazier Ave & everything you can think of! You’ll love my place because of its close proximity to everything, yet it's a safe, quiet & cozy area w/ nice walking, views of Signal Mountain & tons of natural light! It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, & furry friends (pets).

Nature getaway, 5 Minutes from downtown

This is an apartment in the lower area of the house and has its own entry. It has a good size living room, bedroom with only one queen bed and kitchen. Large deck with pond and garden. There are fresh towels and linens, hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo and some extras in case you forgot anything at home. The kitchen will usually have oatmeal, apple juice, orange juice, bottled water, a Kurig,regular coffee machine with coffee and a french press. Steep driveway but you can park in bottom lot.

Full kitchen with everything you need to dine in if you choose. 6 miles to Downtown Chattanooga or Camp Jordan Complex. 2 miles off I-24. Hosts live upstairs and are available for any assistance you may need. Apartment has its own carport so you can park your car under cover. Washer and dryer in the apartment.

The house has easy access, just 1 min to high way ( I-75 ) on last exit 353 between Georgia and Tennessee line. Is located just 15 min from downtown Chattanooga, Hamilton mall (8 min), Chattanooga Airport (11 min) and many touristic places. We are a family of 4 including 2 medium dogs. We are pet friendly!
