muy confortable la casa, la verdad estuvimos muy cómodos como en casa, todo impecable! la ubicación que tiene es tremenda, todo cerca y la atención de jazmín excelente, siempre predispuesta, muy buena onda, la verdad daban ganas de quedarse mas dias, asi que volveremos, gracias!

John and his team were great! Herman actually took care of us and he was amazing! Very professional and went out of his way to accommodate us in every way possible ! He was helpful in all aspects! The house is absolutely beautiful!! The rooftop pool and the Argentinian grill really made our time in Argentina very very special, the bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms were fabulous! The house has two half-baths in the common areas. Truly a special house and a special host. The location is also perfect! Right in the middle of the Palermo district, lots of bars and restaurants and excellent coffee shops! Thank you Hernan!

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

This is a lovely home in Palermo. Each of the three bedrooms were well appointed, and the three floor layout offers ample space for gathering, relaxation, or -- if required -- study or work. We really loved the top floor outdoor lounge areas in particular. The orientation of the house (around the interior courtyard) offers rare privacy in Palermo. While the house is very close to the main areas of Palermo, it's a block or so off so it's not hectic (sure - there may be some people out and about on weekend nights but it's moderate, and not a thoroughfare). The hosts were super communicative throughout and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Éramos un grupo de 16 amigos q nos sorprendimos por las prestaciones q anteriormente mencionaban sobre la casa. Todo impecable, el día d lluvia paso desapercibido por todo el entretenimiento q tenía a disposición. Abelardo fue el anfitrión perfecto.

My kind of Airbnb and where Airbnb started - a real home of real, lovely people. If you want an agent-managed IKEAAirbnb apartment look elsewhere. Alejandra and Federico's family home (they have now moved out of Buenos Aries) is a really nice, very quiet, spacious house, in a great location, convenient for bus/metro and airport transport and with lots of light and architectural features (we loved the stained glass). The outside cooking area and pool were an added bonus. The home is certainly lived in which adds to the charm! The response to our questions and minor issues during the stay was great. If you visit BA, stay here.

Nosso grupo - 10 pessoas - se hospedou em Casa Bill em janeiro/2025, o local comportou bem o nosso grupo. O casa estava impecável (limpeza, organização), tudo estava exatamente como mostram as fotos. O bairro é tranquilo e com facilidades próximas a casa (padaria, supermercado, farmácia, restaurantes). Os anfitriões foram super presentes e rápidos em toda a comunicação conosco. Perto da data do nosso check in, nos enviaram as informações e combinados sobre a casa (tudo muito organizado), além de dicas importantes e bacanas sobre Buenos Aires. Foi uma ótima experiência!

Fuimos con un grupo de amigos y el lugar fue ideal para tener espacio de recreación en el patio aprovechando los lindos días que nos tocaron y a la vez cómodo para quienes querían descansar. Las fotos reflejan realmente las comodidades de la casa y el entorno es súper tranquilo con muchas opciones tanto para disfrutar de paseos en el día como para salir por la noche.

Fotos und Beschreibung treffen die Wohnung sehr gut. Schoene Räume, viel Platz, gut gelegen, freundliche Vermieter es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit Historie, das ist was man bekommt. Es ist kein Neubau, also hört man ein bisschen den Lärm, es gibt keine Klima etc. Aber alles wie beschrieben und wenn man den Stil mag - was wir tun - wirklich toll

Very attentive and flexible host. Nice and clean neighborhood close tp the park.

The apartment is great and the location is perfect. It is close to all the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, but it is still quiet and peaceful at night. This is the second time we have stayed there and we could see that Sebastian really makes renovations over time to offer more comfort and a good experience to guests. We really liked it and felt at home, as always.

Great place to stay in BsAs. In the center, wonderdful and very spacious appartment. We had a perfect stay!

Hermoso departamento, muy cómodo, en un barrio con muchas cosas para hacer y conectado a la ciudad por varios medios de transporte. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y atentos en todo momento. Muchas gracias!

Impecable todo, reservamos a último momento y nos ayudaron a resolver rápidamente, una vez dentro todo estaba 10/10

El departamento es muy cómodo, funciono todo correctamente, principalmente el servicio de internet, la terraza es espectacular por la vista y para pasar el rato en una tarde soleada y un gran plus es tener la cochera dentro del edificio con personal de seguridad. En cercanía del edificio hay supermercados, panaderías, cafés, paradas de ómnibus y algunos lugares de interés como el parque de la facultad de agronomía y la casa de Julio Cortázar. Recomendaría dejar alguna bolsa de residuo de repuesto como así también algún rollo adicional de papel para el baño, es un muy buen lugar para quedarse en Capital Federal.

É a segunda vez que nos hospedamos no Studio de Cynthia. Novamente foi tudo impecável. Basta ver as fotos e ler o anúncio. Tudo corresponde exatamente ao anunciado. Destaque para a simpatia dos porteiros do prédio. Todos eles muito gentis e prestativos. Recomendo o local com louvor.

Realmente pasamos unos dias maravillosos en este hermoso departamento, con muy buen gusto en decoracion, muy bien equipado y una excelente ubicacion. Si dudarlo volveremos todas las veces que visitemos Buenos Aires, super recomendable!!!!

We had a great stay at Yanina's place. we are a family of 5, and the apartment was big enough for all of us. With a very comfortable kitchen and living room, excellent location and WiFi. ( plus the luxury of a balcony) Every morning, we could see Buenos Aires waking up, with its buzzling noise and it's vibrancy. Yanina's place was an actual gem, and we hope it will be available on our next visit (probably next year), as I don't want to stay anywhere else.
