Welcome to woodland estate where we offer ample green outdoor space perfect for relaxation and play. Situated 5 mins from scenic bike/ walking path as well as the iconic Cordova tower perfect for exploration. Delight in the charm of Pella, a quaint Dutch town only 15 mins away or if your a racing enthusiast you have the option of Sprint car races 15 mins away in Knoxville or the Newton nascar speedway that is 30 mins away. We are also only 30 mins from Des Moines that boasts so many activities.

Hilltop Haven -Nestled in Nature

Enjoy the peaceful beauty of Central Iowa's rolling hills, prairies, and distant forests while staying in our newly constructed barndominium. Take in the sweeping views, singing birds, and diverse wildlife from the front porch. Cozy up inside by the electric fireplace, enjoy a movie on Roku TV, curl up in the reading nook, utilize the portable desk or get competitive while playing board games. The barn is located behind our house. The driveway is shared with lots of parking next to the barn.

The Prayer Cabin

The Prayer Cabin is located at Lake Red Rock outside of Pella, IA. The cabin Is an Earthen/Berm home located on a 1 acre lot in a quiet & clean neighborhood. The lot boasts a wooded valley with many birds and squirrels to watch. The Prayer Cabin was recently remodeled with a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Our first guests asked us if Chip and Joanna were the creators of the design. 💚 Navy Blue cabinets, Tons of white shiplap and open shelving. Peaceful. A place of respite and relaxation.

The Strawtown Cottage - in downtown Pella

Completely remodeled 1865 original Strawtown Store of Pella conveniently located in one of the best small towns in Iowa. Three blocks to downtown Pella, 1 1/2 blocks to West Market Park, 2 blocks to Central football, baseball and softball complex. Enjoy the cottage charm with two private bed and bath suites, a family room with dining, full kitchen, front and side porch, laundry and large back yard. Off-street parking in the back. Luxury sheets on queen beds await after your adventures.

Nestled in the heart of Newton, this spacious 1840 sqft house offers the perfect blend of comfort and charm. Just two blocks from downtown Newton & less than 35 miles to Des Moines, Grinnell, Pella, & Knoxville, this home has the potential for long-term stay and near the hospital for traveling nurses! or a quick overnight stop. Wheather visiting family, or make your way to a big event, you’ll find everything you need for a memorable stay. Pets 80 pounds or under are more than welcome!

The Henhouse Retreat is a beautifully restored 2 bedroom home converted from an original henhouse on our property. With breathtaking country views out every window you are sure to find this country retreat relaxing and enjoyable with many things to do close by like fishing, hiking, and a bike trail. Cute little towns to explore or cuddle up with a book & enjoy relaxation that comes with a deep breath in the country. Come as a family, some couples, or a little getaway, this home sleeps 7.

You are just a few minutes from downtown Pella; yet can sneak away, take in the stars, relax in peace and quiet all after you have explored the Pella sights. You will have the entire main floor. The basement is NOT included ( it is safely locked off) that may or may not be rented to other guests. If it is, you may share outdoor yard space. You may even see some wildlife in the backyard.

Known for its fishing, you can also find a beautiful beach for swimming or a picnic on the west shore. Enjoy the trails and start on your 13-mile hike, bike or snowmobile around the lake or rent a boat from the Marina.

Come sleep under the stars in this cozy galaxy bell tent. You can enjoy a good nights sleep in the comfortable King bed and stay comfortable with an air conditioner and heater. There is also a fridge for keeping your food fresh. Soak up nature while you hike the trails around Oak Haven Acres, a 32 acre farm in rural Iowa. For your security we have a trail camera at the beginning of the driveway that won’t intrude on your privacy.

Access to 24/7 community fitness center.

PRAIRIE LOFTS/Grinnell, IA (Eagle)

(EAGLE) Contemporary loft in an "historic" building in the heart of downtown Grinnell. Close to the college, restaurants, etc. Full kitchen, heated tile floor in the bathroom, laundry, WIFI, & television with a Fire stick. Experience the charm of city living in a small town. This is our Premier loft which has two queen beds, a futon and a comfy leather couch.
