Absolutely awesome stay and the photos do not do it justice. From the moment you park the car. We had the two bedroom villa, great outdoor space and true infinity pool. Genuinely cannot fault the place. The staff, Faye and Den from the Philippines are just lovely people. Extremely helpful from breakfast to local spot for laundry. I travel to Phuket 3 to 4 times per year, but assuming it is available, I suspect this is where I will be staying. Fantastic selection of restaurants in the Bang Tao area.. The only thing to note, the villa is up on the hill which affords such awesome views, I drove up and down, zero issues. Can be walked, but suspect not for the faint hearted. Catlin is a great host, super responsive and nothing is a problem.

Amazing Villa. It's a quiet and very beautiful portion of Phuket. Everything in the Airbnb listing was accurate, but the place was even more beautiful in person. Great view, quick walk to the beach (with several bars/restaurants in walking distance). Plenty of good restaurants and things to do with a very short drive or walk. We really loved the house and were happy we stayed there. The hosts were incredibly reactive with communication and provided several recommendations for places to go and things to do. All of those recommendations were excellent. 5 stars!!

Our stay at Benjamin’s villa was absolutely fantastic. The property is of extremely high quality — everything is beautifully designed, spotless, and clearly maintained with great care. The villa is spacious, stylish, and offers a perfect balance of comfort and luxury. The pool was a definite highlight: clean, well-maintained, and ideal for relaxing in the sun or enjoying a quiet swim. We also loved the fully equipped kitchen — modern appliances, plenty of space, and everything you need. Communication was truly outstanding. A very special thanks to Beau, who was our main point of contact and handled everything with such professionalism and kindness. She responded quickly to all of our questions and made sure we felt fully taken care of throughout our stay. This villa exceeded all our expectations. If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-equipped place in a quite area, this is it.

Thank you to Ja and your staff for a spectacular week. The house was wonderful and the pool was beautiful. The property was well maintained and so clean. The daily breakfast was such a treat too! This place is exceptional but it was made that way by Ja. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

В целом, мне понравилось жильё. Вилла была стильной, современной и чистой. Также на вилле имелось всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Единственный момент, который нам не понравился: вилла расположена вплотную к дороге, и шум от неё хорошо слышен, особенно когда находишься у бассейна или в гостиной. Кроме того, вилла двухэтажная, и первый этаж находится на уровне -1. С одной стороны, там тише, чем на основном этаже, но с другой — мало света, и он выглядит немного как подвальное помещение. В целом, это отличный вариант для тех, кто ищет современное и хорошо оборудованное жильё. Однако стоит учитывать особенности расположения и планировки при бронировании.

Look no further. This villa was perfect for our 8 day stay in Phuket. It allowed everyone to have their own bedroom & bathroom. The property is SPOTLESS. The villa staff take excellent care of the property down to a debris free pool. Amy was so helpful with answering my many questions and assisting with recommendations. I have nothing negative to say about my stay here, & if I were to return, I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay for our families here. House is huge and all the bedroom lovely. We each had one bedroom each, with everyone having their own bathrooms but two rooms needed to share one. The kitchen was perfect for what we needed and able to cook some simple things, although the highlight was the chef service which is definitely worth the money! Check in was great, communicating with the staff who run the houses. They were very helpful and responsive. And the airport pick up was a great bonus and very handy. The swimming pool is great, but very deep! Deep enough for scuba diving! The rooms were all clean before and during our stay by the amazing staff. Just watch out for bugs, we had a few spiders creep in during the evenings! Just know, the hill it is on is not walkable really, so we had to get taxis just to go up and down into the town as it was too steep.

This place is something everyone has to try. Mimi and Jojo are very very helpful and made our stay and trips to places easy. breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed staying at this place and love to visit this place if ever made a trip to Phuket in future. Thank you for everything!!!!!

great house with amazing ocean view

The villa was clean, spacious, everything was working, amazing view, responsive and friendly host, and cleaning was done every day by the supervisor. You will need a taxi to go to town, and a taxi will come in 5 to 8 minutes, so all was good. We were 5 guys and we had a blast, hanging out at the pool at night. There was some extra noise from the construction next door, but our host was kind enough to ask them to slow down early in the morning. Breakfast was also very good. We had amazing stay.

Super responsive recep and allow early check in. PRoactive in suggesting activities and food. Created a whats-app chatgroup to facilitate any mishap

Beautiful home with all you need. Amazing sunsets and lot of space. Easy to communicate with host (Pia). Rogers was super nice and helpful.

This is a beautiful place for hosting extended families and friends. The rooms are large and felt private enough to have your own space whilst the shared areas were perfect for enjoying time together, around the pool, dinner table or just relaxing in the lounge. Khun Jit is an exceptional housekeeper- nothing was too much trouble, we felt so well looked after we didn’t want to leave. Huge thanks also to Keith for his proactive recommendations and promptly answering any question we sent his way

Peter est un hôte incroyablement sympa et très disponible tout au long de notre séjour . Il nous à facilité notre voyage , on peut lui demander toutes demandes auxquels il répondra toujours . La maison et le service est superbe . Le linge sent bon , le nettoyage est irréprochable , le personnel de maison est très discret . J avais pour habitude d aller à l hôtel lors de mes voyages à Phuket mais Peter à fait la différence avec sa belle villa et sa réactivité ! Hâte de revenir l année prochaine et j espère dans cette villa 💖. Merci beaucoup Peter pour votre gentillesse vous méritez un très grand 5 étoiles en tant que hôte !! À très vite !

Ich habe mein Aufenthalt bereits das zweite Mal verlängert! Tolle Gegend, toller Gastgeber & tolles Team vor Ort 🙏🏼 alles in allem perfekt , sehr viel Privatsphäre & vorallem sauber! Ich hatte zwischendrin ein kleines Problem mit meinem pool und es wurde binnen wenigen Stunden behoben 🙏🏼 danke vielmals für diese Gastfreundschaft & diese tolle Immobilie!

Great villa in a good part of rawai. Few lovely restaurants near by (moo the best) and shops. 10 min taxi to rawai town which has all you’ll need, and 20/30 mins from karon, Phuket, and patong! Pool amazing and all the bedrooms comfy and spacious. There’s a small school nearby so very safe area too. Couldn’t recommend this place more

Bis auf wenige Kleinigkeiten war alles wie erhofft. Der Ansprechpartner für alles rund ums Haus Ivan war immer erreichbar und leistete sofort Hilfe und Unterstützung. Geschäfte und Restaurants waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich kann die Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

spacious apartment in quiet complex. perfect for short stay with family or friends. excellent communication with host - smooth check-in and prompt responses to issues as they arose. fantastic private pool area. personal transport highly recommended although it is possible to walk to the beach and shops.

La maison correspond totalement au descriptif. La maison est dans un coin très calme , La piscine est très agréable les 4 chambres sont spacieuses et la literie confortable la maison était très propre à notre arrivée . We had the best time at Villa Mimosa! The villa looks exactly like the photos — beautiful, super clean, and perfect for our group of 7 adults. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the whole place had such a relaxing vibe. Caroline was an amazing host. From the start, she was super helpful and always quick to respond. Her recommendations really made our trip, especially the driver she suggested — Jeab Jeab. He was a total legend: super flexible, fun to be around, and gave us great tips on where to go and what to do. Having him really took the stress out of getting around. Overall, this was one of our favorite group trips. The villa, the location, and the people made it unforgettable. We’d definitely come back again. Thanks so much, Caroline!
