Samostojeća kuća sagrađena 1890 godine potpuno je obnovljena za ugodan boravak u opuštajućem okruženju. Nalazi se na istočnoj obali Istre, u mirnom selu udaljenom 15 km od Labina i najbliže zračne luke Pula 45 km. U produžetku terase nalazi se privatni bazen s uređenom plažom s 8 ležaljki i 3 suncobrana. Casa Iria pruža prekrasan pogled na more od kojeg je udaljena 1,5 km. Ravni is a small resort near the sea. Apartment is in the family house Bellevue , about 500 m to the sea. Tranquility and peaceful atmosphere specially off the high season, will provide with nice and restful stay. There are a couple of restaurants ,and a dog beach for your pet to enjoy with you, also a small shop. For all other shopping or visiting cultural sights , Labin about 12 km away. For those who like walking , you will enjoy it. Sea is very clear, lovely blue colour.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
