During my recent stay in Italy, I was fortunate enough to experience a truly unforgettable getaway, highlighted by a magnificent private pool that made all the difference. Nestled in the heart of the Italian countryside, the accommodation offered a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the beauty of the property. The villa itself was charming, with rustic stone walls and vibrant gardens that set the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The highlight, of course, was the pristine private pool, which was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It was a joy to have such a refreshing oasis all to myself, complete with comfortable loungers and a shaded area for those hot Italian afternoons. The location was ideal, allowing me to explore nearby quaint villages while also providing a tranquil retreat to unwind in the evenings. We had the most amazing stay at Francesco and Sere’s! The view was even better than the photos. We stayed as a group of 7 adults and a 7 month old baby and there was plenty of space. Francesco met us in Rufina and we followed him in our cars to the castle. The drive up to the castle is narrow and the last part is a gravel road but we got used to it quickly and it was worth it for the views. Nearby Rufina had some great restaurants and a grocery store with everything we needed. Francesco arranged for a chef to come to the castle for a cooking class and also arranged a full day wine tour with pick up and drop off at the Airbnb which were highlights of the trip! The jacuzzi was lovely and the garden area was perfect. The pool wasn’t open yet as it was early April when we travelled but the pool area looked very nice also. Francesco and Sere were very responsive to any questions we had. Overall we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

Location carina, immersa nelle colline riminesi. Casa molto spaziosa, perfetta per grandi gruppi. Camere da letto più che funzionali, cucina attrezzatissima con spazi e strumenti perfetti per chi ama cucinare. Ampio living tra parentesi di grande impatto. Godibile zona esterna con Dehors, e jacuzzi da utilizzare in periodo estivo. Host disponibili e cortesi. Smart tv e ampia selezione di giochi da tavolo apprezzatissima. Molto utile la dotazione di ingredienti base per cucinare.

Wir (Ehepaar und drei Hunde) haben in dem kleinen Paradies von Lorenzo & Monica in jeder Beziehung ein tolles Ferienerlebnis gehabt. Das Haus: mit viel Liebe, Sorgfalt und Stolz gepflegt, bietet Platz innen und im Garten sowie Privatsphäre. Die Lage: auf dem kleinen Hügel genug weit weg vom Trubel der Touristen unten an der Promenade, aber nah genug beim Meer (300m, kleine Strasse den Hang hinunter), umgeben von viel Grün und Natur. Die Gastgeber: flexibel, höflich und kommunikativ (Lorenzo, mit ihm wurde die Buchung vereinbart) sowie charmant, hilfsbereit und Gastgeberin aus Passion (Monica, die nebenan mit ihrer Familie wohnt). Vielleicht ist es besser, wenn wir jetzt mit dem Lob stoppen, weil wir gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen wollen - und nicht möchten, dass es keinen Platz mehr gibt...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

Silvia is a phenomenal host, everything was amazing and she even cooked for us! You need to try her wine and amazing olive oil. 25 minutes drive to Florence through some breathtaking mountain roads with best views you will see. Definitely memories for life.

Ottimo soggiorno, Carla ci ha accolto molto bene, il suo alloggio è molto pulito e confortevole, è stato un piacere trascorrere un weekend da lei.

Alloggio come da foto, tutto in ordine e pulito. Zona tranquilla e verde, spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi con una camminata di 15 min circa. Andrea è stato molto gentile e sempre pronto.

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, la casa è confortevole e dotata di tutti i comfort descritti. La casa si trova a pochi passi dal centro del paese e vicino ad un bellissimo parco fluviale dove trascorrere momenti di relax. Paola è stata sempre gentile e disponibile, è probabile che torneremo scegliendo di nuovo lo stesso alloggio.

Alloggio molto comodo e facile da raggiungere, con parcheggio dentro la proprietà e tanti parcheggi gratuiti al di fuori. Molta apprezzata l'area sgambamento cani vicina, e la poca distanza dalle spiagge e dal mare.

We stayed for a couple of days over Christmas. The hosts were fantastic, extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is located very close to Reggello, but in an extremely peaceful location. The apartment is large and clean and has everything you need and we will definitely be back next time we visit Reggello. Highly recommended with lovely friendly hosts. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks once again.

Gran bel agriturismo su delle colline meravigliose. Fuori mano quanto basta per godersi la tranquillità della campagna. Per accedere c'è una salita di facile sterrato. Nonostante la dimensione contenuta dei paesi c'è abbastanza vita la sera e grazie ai consigli dell'host abbiamo conosciuto un locale veramente simpatico.

We stayed in this flat as a family of four and had a wonderful experience. The space is bright, airy, modern and spacious, providing ample room for everyone to feel comfortable. It was also well-equipped with all amenities we needed, making our stay both convenient and relaxing. Highly recommended!

L'appartamento è situato in una zona tranquilla, è molto comodo e ampio e ha un patio incantevole. Guido e la moglie sono stati molto disponibili e cordiali. Soggiorno perfetto, un luogo dove tornare!

This little hamlet was ideal for a group of several families wanting a Tuscan holiday. Christina was a very responsive host, always available for help and suggestions. One down side was the distance from many of the Tuscan attractions such as Florence and Sienna. The hamlet is reasonably remote so is ideal for those who want a secluded holiday rather than those who want to see the sights of Tuscany.

We (group of 6) had a wonderful stay at this spacious villa with stunning interior, like straight out of AD. This made staying in as tempting as the beach that was only a 2 minute walk away. We also spent significant time in the lovely and peaceful garden with furniture surrounding it, enabling you to pick your favourite spot. Nearby you also have plenty of patisseries, bakeries, restaurants and shops. The host was friendly, helpful and communicative. He had a Gardner who supplied us with mosquito repellent candles and instantly reset the padlock to the garden gate when it stopped working. He also arranged our sun loungers by the beach for a discounted rate. You’re only a 1 minute walk away from a bus stop that takes you into Rimini within just 10 minutes (1.50 Euros per journey). There’s also the Viserba-Rimini train station nearby. It was a perfect stay and we’ll be back!

The house was amazing, perfect fit for our group of 10 people. The main house as well as the additional apartment were very clean, well equipped with everything you need and the highlight was the pool and jacuzzi. Great place to calm down and have private space with some friends or a big family. The check-in was easy and the lady was very friendly, had some suggestions for our stay and is professional. The property was clean, cute tuscany decorations of the rooms and all in all it felt like home.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Tuscany and felt at home right away. The hosts, Silvana, Iacoppo, and Bruno, took excellent care of us and were always attentive to our needs. The villa itself is spacious and well-equipped with everything one could ask for. The beautiful pool with its stunning views and the cozy fireplace area were definite highlights. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the Tuscan countryside. Thank you again for an unforgettable stay!
