Siamo stati ospite in questo b&b e posso dire che è stato un'esperienza incredibile! La struttura è super accogliente confortevole curata nei minimi dettagli Antonella e il marito estremamente cordiali i e disponibili. consiglio vivamente questa esperienza da non sottovalutare la super colazione grazie a presto

L’interazione per la prenotazione è stata rapida. Ho soggiornato per esigenze di lavoro e quindi con orari particolari ma non è stato un problema adattare gli orari di check-in e check-out. L’accoglienza è stata calda ed ospitale come se ci si conoscesse da tantissimo tempo. Struttura pet friendly, non ha avuto problemi ad accogliere i miei due Labrador Retriever. L’alloggio pulito, ordinato ed accogliente, non mancava nulla, sembrava di essere a casa propria, lontano da rumori e traffico. A servizio degli ospiti anche una rete wi-fi con connessione abbastanza veloce. Parcheggio interno. A disposizione anche un piccolo giardino molto curato. Tornerò sicuramente.

Gorgeous place in the hills of the Marches. we loved this place and will surely come back to visit Maria and her family. The breakfast she brought every morning was a delight, the surroundings were beautiful and so serene and of course we all enjoyed the pool so much especially considering the heat. We felt at home. We loved our stay and hope to return to explore more of Tuscany. Truly beautiful surroundings and view. So relaxing and peaceful, and the host and other employees are so kind. Delicious homemade food for breakfast, and we recommend the dinner at least once! One thing to note: if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs because you can hear the other guests coming/going from the shared hallway (especially if other guests have small children). But with earplugs, it’s perfectly fine! Most everyone was quiet and respectful of the peaceful tranquility in the area. Truly a beautiful time and place in Tuscany 🩷

Auf einem Hügel mit traumhafter Aussicht, morgens den Sonnenaufgang durch die großen Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer genießen, im Garten mit Blick auf die Olivenbäume von Agnese und in die wunderschöne Landschaft frühstücken...was will man mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und großzügig. Die Küche mit 5 flammigem Herd und Backofen läd zum Kochen ein, wenn man denn einmal nicht in einer der Trattorien der Umgebung mit romagnolischer Kücher essen möchte. Agnese ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin und mit ihren Tipps haben zum Gelingen unseres Urlaubs wesentlich beigetragen. Was man wissen sollte...die Gegend ab Haus ist eher etwas für sportlch ambitionierte Radfahrer, man kann aber direkt schöne Wanderungen unternehmen; die Zufahrt über einen Kiesweg ist etwas holprig aber gut machbar; man braucht ein Auto zum Einkaufen und zur Erkundung der wunderschönen weiteren Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Wir waren eine Woche, als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern, bei Alessandra. Die Unterkunft war genau wie es auf den Fotos abgebildet war. Für Kinder gab es einen großen Garten zum Spielen. Im Garten fanden sich viele Möglichkeiten (Trampolin, kleine Klettergerüste, Netz z.B. für Badminton ect.) wo sich unsere Kinder sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Der Pool war auch ein Highlight. Das Frühstück, war super lecker und sehr vielfältig. Vorwiegend süßes Frühstück was Regional klassisch ist. Sie macht alles frisch am Morgen, selbstgemachte Kuchen, Minibrioche, Pancakes und mehr. Die herzhaften Sandwiches waren mein Highlight, Eier auf Wunsch und sehr viele Müslis und Extras dafür. Das Zimmer war super sauber und Bad perfekt gesäubert. Sie hat uns Fahrräder angeboten sogar mit Kinderanhänger. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt, gibt kostenfrei Parkplätze und auch Strandabschnitte. Die Empfehlung kam von Alessandra. Sie gibt sehr viele schöne Tipps sowohl für Essen und Ausflüge. Grazie

Rosaria and her husband are extremely welcoming. It’s like being part of an Italian household for some days (in a very good way😁). They took really good care of us by having an amazing breakfast, clean and tidy rooms, and Rosaria even did the laundry for us. We ate fruits from the garden, they had a great pool and a lot of hiking options around. Thanks again for this lovely stay!!

L alloggio ha superato le aspettative, hosts gentilissimi cordiali e disponibili, colazione davvero molto fornita.

Appartamento a pochi km da Urbino. Ambiente pulito curato ed accogliente, ci si sente a casa . Con Daniele non ci siamo conosciuti personalmente, ma cmq sempre disponibile , ci ha accolto suo papà, persona adorabile gentilissimo molto premuroso. La colazione fantastica non manca nulla dolce e salato , con torte fatte in casa buonissime . Grazie

Fiore è stata un host impeccabile, mi ha fatto sentire a casa. La camera che mette a disposizione è pulita comoda e silenziosa. Sarà la mia scelta ogni volta che torno a Castel bolognese. Grazie Fiore salutami Cora.

Elena et son mari sont très chaleureux et aux petits soins pour leurs voyageurs. Propreté irréprochable, le studio est très grand et convient facilement à une familles avec plusieurs enfants. Un plus, avec son grand jardin et la piscine. Le petit déjeuner est copieux.

Klein, aber fein. Alle supernett, das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, das Bad hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Alles in allem hab ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt und ich komme gern wieder.

Gloria è stata super gentile e disponibile durante il nostro soggiorno. La camera (avena) era luminosa e spaziosa, ben pulita e la posizione ottima. Ci siamo tornati benissimo. Santarcangelo è meravigliosa. Il nostro cane si è subito ambientato. Consigliato.

Wat een paradijsje! Echt een heel erg mooie, rustige plek om te vertoeven. Een zwembad, heerlijk ontbijt, prachtige schaduwplekjes met een leuk uitgekozen meubilair, frisse kamer (air-co) en een erg vriendelijke familie die ons heel hartelijk ontving en alles in het werk stelde om ons een geweldig verblijf te geven. Een echte aanrader!!

Traveling alone, I found myself less confident and reclusive in my first 2 weeks in Italy. Upon reading reviews, I had a feeling Suzi would snap me out of it. And she DID!! She was so welcoming, made me a delicious dinner the first night, and made me a part of her family for the week. I was even invited to her milestone birthday party with all her lovely friends, and then another joint birthday family dinner at home. She gave me a bunch of awesome recommendations, always asked if I needed anything, and calmed me down when I called her in despair, being lost in a field somewhere, lol! The room was huge and cozy, the shower sooo nice! (I was in the room off the kitchen) Suzi is very intelligent and we had some interesting conversations. Her two dogs Tyra and Gigi stole my heart immediately. I will be back, maybe as a work away! I will never forget your kindness and the remarkable woman you are <3

Wie hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Maria und Tazio sind die besten Gastgeber, die man sich vorstellen kann. Sie kümmern sich liebevoll um alle Gäste. Das Haus ist wunderschön und modern hergerichtet. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das absolute Highlight ist das köstliche Frühstück am Morgen. Das wohl beste Frühstück, das wir je hatten. Tausend Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung. Wir würden immer wieder buchen. Hervorragend.

The house was a rare find and better than expected! Giovanna made me feel at home from the moment we spoke on messages! She made the best breakfast for me everyday i was there and kept tidying up my room all the time! The only regret i have is that i didnt spend more time with Giovanna at that gorgeous villa! If i ever get the chance to go again i will not leave from that estate!!!

What a fantastic Airbnb! I think it was our best experience ever. Eleanora and Lorenzo were so friendly and welcoming. They were also very generous with supplies of tea, coffee, biscuits, jam, etc., which is always nice. The apartment was so beautiful, brand new, harmoniously furnished, fully equipped, everything you needed and extras such as Alexa and Netflix. The surroundings were also beautiful with a lovely space to sit outside and take in the view and the peace and quiet. We loved it so much and wished we could have stayed longer. Do not hesitate to book - it is such a treat and you will have no regrets.

Se volete staccare da tutto ed immergervi in mezzo alla natura, questo posto fa per voi! Giacomo e Daniela sono super host. Vi faranno sentire accolti come in famiglia. Se avete dei bimbi si divertiranno a vedere gli svariati animaletti ( dalla tartaruga all’ asino). Cogliere more e fichi e mangiarli sotto l’albero è un’esperienza che resta nel cuore. Provare per credere!
