Lovely home that looked exactly like the pictures, if not better. Walkable distance to the city centre and superb, friendly hosts - would happily stay there again!

David’s house is a gem located in close proximity to the Killester Dart and bus stops. It’ has 5 large bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The kitchen and living rooms are excellent, fully equipped and stocked house. David was a pleasure to communicate with and we met him at the end of our 3 days. A class act. Thank you from 6 happy Canadians.

Very nice house, recently renovated with an efficient kitchen and comfortable shared space. Ensuite bathrooms in both bedrooms with great showers. Karleen is an excellent communicator and we found the location very convenient for our needs.

We spent a few days here and enjoyed our stay. Julia and Ionela were very responsive and helpful. Their was plenty of seating in the living room and the kitchen for the number of people in our party, which was nice. We loved the dog across the street which seemed to be to cutest neighborhood watch you have ever seen.

A great jump-off point for central Dublin - especially if you're heading to the Aviva Stadium.

Uns hat es sehr gefallen, dass die Wohnung außerhalb von Dublin in diesem ruhigen und schönen Orteil Leixlip liegt. Zur Bahn sind es 15min zu Fuß. Die Bahnfahrt von 40 min geht auch super mit dem Kinderwagen, da alles barrierefrei ist. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt und würden auch wieder kommen.

This home is wonderful. We looked for a place for a visit from our son, his wife, and his toddler son, within walking distance of our apartment in Ballsbridge. This home worked beautifully. Naomi was a terrific host, and the place was comfortable, really quiet, well-stocked, and in a lovely neighborhood, with pubs and stores nearby. It is a short walk to the gorgeous Herbert Park and the River Dodder, and near bus lines for easy transport into Dublin centre. We were all very happy with the choice we made.

Simon and Miles' place was comfortable, beautiful, and cozy. The location of their historic home is ideal: easy walking distance to downtown Dublin yet quiet and peaceful, with a neighborly feel. We stay in a lot of airbnbs and can attest that this is one of our favorite stays ever. Highly recommend.

Have you heard the expression "You're staying at your grannies?" While Muriel and I are close in age.. her guest cottage felt more like staying with a loved one. You will be right in the heart of it all... at the foothills of the Wicklow Mountains, 40 minutes from Dublin, and perfectly located for day trips! The cottage was perfect for a milestone birthday trip with our Dad. Muriel added to our experience with in cottages touches including a sweet Birthday banner. Many thanks to Muriel for making our trip special and helping us create memories.

This apartment was beautifully appointed with the highest quality kitchen utensils, furniture and bedding. The bed was heavenly - sooo comfortable and much better quality than you would usually get to enjoy! Everything was spotless and there were many little thoughtful additions including a yoga mat, throws on the couches, and great books. Karen's communications were helpful re. attractions to see in the area and accessing the apartment and returning keys was all very easy and straight forward. She was also available if we had any questions. Karen was friendly, professional and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was perfect! We can not recommend highly enough. It is exceptional!

The place was very comfortable, and the host responded incredibly quickly, which made the stay even better. The location is close to the city center, and there’s convenient transportation directly from the airport, so it’s easy to get to. I’d love to stay here again next time!

We visited Ireland to see family and chose Bridgets place as it is nearby Ashbourne, Finglas and Dublin city centre (by car). The location is perfect. Swallows Rest is a great place to stay, it is clean, accessible and we were met by Bridget upon arrival who showed us around and was available to help if we needed advice. Bridget is an excellent host who provided soda bread, scones, fruit, jam and marmalade upon arrival (gorgeous!). The garden was perfect for our toddler and was enclosed very well, the beds were very comfortable and sky tv, netfilx, youtube etc were easily accessed. The washing machine and heating are easy to use, along with the shower which was lovely. All cleaning products are available and we didn't need anything (even with a toddler in tow). We would definitely stay again! Thank you Bridget and family for welcoming us to your beautiful air bnb.

I stayed at James’ place with a few friends in May and we all loved it. The location in Blackrock is perfect: it’s calm, fairly quiet, right by the sea and not far from the city centre by public transport. The apartment is gorgeously decorated and very spacious, with a lovely living room and a brilliant kitchen for cooking! The bedrooms are also both en-suites, which is very convenient if you’re a group of 4 (effectively halving the shower time!). James was thoughtful and attentive as a host. He sent me clear instructions on how to access the property, recommended a series of restaurants, pubs etc, and regularly communicated with me after I arrived at the property to check if we needed anything! He also kindly left us a delicious loaf of soda bread, some Irish butter and jam, not to mention a bottle of wine! Last but not least, the apartment is well-equipped (as advertised), with everything you could possibly need, including great cooking equipment!

We absolutely loved our stay at Mairead’s place. I brought my 73 year old dad to Ireland for his dream trip to find the land and the ruins of the cottage his great grandmother was born in. As recommended by Mairead I hired Dave Masterson to drive us around the country and he was spectacular. Elizabeth met us at the Airbnb and she was so kind and lovely to chat with about Dublin and other parts of Ireland. We felt right at home. The Airbnb was beautiful and we loved the two outdoor spaces. The location was perfect - within walking distance of many restaurants, pubs, parks and museums (which are all free). The area felt very safe and easy to navigate. There is a bus stop close by to take the bus when wanting to go further away. We LOVED this Airbnb and hope we get to return one day. Beautiful apartment walking distance to the heart of Dublin. Tastefully remodeled and loaded with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Gearoid was great at communicating and offered many local tips on music venues and pubs. We loved the neighborhood bars, just a short walk away. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Dublin. PS-loved the shower!

Everyone deserves to treat themselves on occasion, so if you find yourself in Dublin and wanting to indulge yourself you could not do better than renting this apartment. Not only is it very beautiful and modern, but every convenience is provided for. The hosts are extremely friendly and provided some excellent suggestions on a number of topics. The nearby neighborhood has most of what you might need and you can even reach the city within a 30 minute walk. The apartment is so modern that part of the adventure is figuring out how to utilize all the bells & whistles.....though even that is well documented. We could not have enjoyed our stay more and this apartment was one of the highlights of our vacation in Dublin.

The apartment is a little cramped but the location is unbeatable. I had a HS reunion at the Abbey Tavern, directly across the road so I couldn't have asked for better. Conveniently close to a grocery store, butcher, pharmacy, Church, library, DART, Howth Castle and habor. Can't rate on parking as I didn't have a car. Also, there are plenty of restaurants and bars w/in walking distance. I recommend the Harbor Bar too, full of locals, and the 4 felines (gin, tonic, bushmills and ?). The apartment shared a wall with the gents toilet, so we heard some lively and funny conversations, and the hand dryer. That can be annoying, so bring earplugs for Friday and Saturday nights. Daragh was great too. We needed a Taxi for Easter Sunday. Daragh gave us a reliable taxi service, and confirmed it as my phone wasn't working. Thanks Daragh. He's a really chill guy. The cleaning ladies were very thorough and helpful.

Eleanor was kind and helpful, with great suggestions for activities and food. Her place is steps away from the enchanting Botanic Gardens. We bused into the city with minimal effort (and lots of help from area residents). Everyone we connected with was a pleasure to chat with. We had an outstanding experience here!!

Very comfortable and cozy place. Quiet neighborhood about 15-20 walk to the city center. First time in Dublin. I probably would have chosen a different neighborhood if a friend that lives there did not suggest this area. Very safe. Definitely recommend
