If desired, we are delighted to guide you through the house and share with you almost 200 years of our home's rich history. Roam freely through our 120 acres of gardens, farmland and woodlands, or enjoy a guided tour of our grounds and learn of present day efforts to transform our land into a nature reserve.

Room to store your bikes, Cosy lounge area . A short drive to the Slieve blooms, the River Shannon and the Grand Canal. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with ensuite, Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a children's bunk bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and is located downstairs. Suited towards, families, couples or business persons.

Access to the property is via a driveway across a field. Lough Derg is a five minute walk away. You have a your own self contained apartment. Your own separate entrance, parking area and garden. There are two large double bedrooms a large private bathroom and a kitchenette. Please note, we do not have a shower, but a luxurious bath instead!
