The location initially gives you a jolt being in a very down to earth location but which is a 350 yo community close knit friendly clean and bustling around the concepion church and beautiful statue. Once you get to PK’s place you realize what a marvelous piece of heaven he has carved out here and true to his creative spirit designed and maintained it beautifully. I was with friends traveling from around the world who lived and enjoyed the best of the best places and PK’s place with its gorgeous views literally on the water makes for phenomenal coffees and breakfasts ( Grab makes it so easy ) and outstanding sunsets and gorgeous evening lights and parties . Loved the place and really enjoyed our stay Thanks PK for being so responsive and thoughtful in all the little details you provided at check in

Yao is an amazing host! She is very friendly and super responsive. Her home is really nice and beautiful. The fish pond outside is amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed feeding the fish daily. The house is very well equipped for your every need and we even got some really nice jelly from Yao. Highly recommended if you like a little bit of peace and quiet a little bit away from the center.

Great location for exploring Bangkok as it close to all the shopping areas and eateries. The house is clean and well maintained. It has lots of space to spread out.

This is located in the back of the Davis Hotel, so you get all the features of a luxury resort (daily cleaning, turn down service, transport, restaurant) with the privacy of your own place. A huge living room and dining room along with three very large bedrooms, this was the perfect spot for creating a “home base” for a vacation. Best part? Step right out your front door to a private swimming pool (cleaned daily)! Best spot in Bangkok.

My family and I had a great time staying here again. We were well taken care of and enjoyed exploring the mall nearby. Taxis run pretty frequently on the main road and the MRT line is also close by. The BTS is also a short drive away.

I finished my stay in Chalinee's very nice apartment, after extending twice. It was a very pleasant experience and Chalinee remained a very gracious host right through to the end. I would recommend staying in any property offered by her.

This marks my third year staying at K'Withoon's place, and each time it feels like I'm coming home. I really appreciate how he maintains the place so neatly. What impresses me most is that he actually listened to some of the feedback I shared last year. When I returned this year, I noticed all the suggested improvements had been made, which made my stay even more enjoyable! Thanks so much for another wonderful visit. Na Vayla Paplern is a pearl. Cool, luminous and rare. It's honest and warm beauty hugs you once you reach the green leafy welcoming entrance, and continues to entrance you in these jaded times of cookie cutter monotony. Pros: Where else will you get such spiffy, neat rooms? Such real welcoming smiles? Such a real ambience - far away from the glitz of monotonous downtowns with a canal flowing next door! Such a breakfast my goodness, such a fresh breakfast every single morning. Thai, Korean, Japanese curries and what have you; crisp fritters, flaky doughy creations, mangoes - yes, yes, in mid February that too- and light freshly made confectionary! Such a generous, kind and helping couple, the owners Tuck and Plaen. Cons: Can't think of any! Those of you who wish to smell, feel, and eat real Bangkok, look no further. 'Cause the day Conde Naste features these two wizards - what with the two super cool vegan restaurants too that they run in Bangkok - they may just be booked out!!

Super logement, situé très proche de la vieille ville mais loin des touristes et de l’agitation. Un petit havre de paix, avec une terrasse privée qui donne sur le canal, une super hôte et un petit dej délicieux avec les fruits frais du jardin ! Il faisait juste un peu chaud dans la chambre, mais quasiment 38 degrés à cette période à Bangkok!

This was my first time to Bangkok and my favourite thing about it was Aster9 House. The house is located walking distance from BTS and the neighbourhood has many restaurant options. The room was impeccably clean as well. Most importantly, the airbnb is run by one of the most kind and caring people I have ever met. Kanta and his mom genuinely care about the well-being and experience of travellers. You want to book this place. Trust me. Also, breakfast is top notch.👌🏻

This is a really great value in a super location, run by a really nice family. A few things stood out compared to other airbnbs I’ve stayed at in Bangkok over the last six years: - the WiFi is reliable, - the shower has hot water, good water pressure, and a filter! - the bed is comfortable by western standards, - the breakfast every morning in the restaurant downstairs is a really generous (and tasty) thing for the family to provide, - the laundry service, at 60 baht per kilo, is much less expensive than the wash & fold places I’ve usually used in town, - the location is a comfortable walk to Terminal 21, so very convenient to public transportation, and it’s also close to a lot of fantastic restaurants and cafes. Overall, it’s a good value for a comfortable stay in a great location, suitable for both short and longer visits. Enjoy!

Lovely old Thai house with French touches. Full of character and charm and wood! Very clean, several on site staff take good care of you and serve breakfast. Superb.
