A Perfect Escape - Sea facing

Amazing place! I’ve already been in the Pacific Building before - it is much better than on the photos. You can use 3 different pools, 3 different gyms, outdoor areas (basketball, tenis, ping pong,…) and very nice beach. This apartment was super clean with beautiful view of the sea. We really enjoyed the stay and we will definitely come back again. There are several options where to eat: there are restaurants, supermaket or you can order anything from delivery service (talabat). You will not struggle with the food and you will have lots of options! If you are considering where to stay, choose this one, you will not be dissapointed!

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious apartment on Marjan Island! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to Mr. Buddika, who was very helpful and accommodating. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, offering stunning views and easy access to everything. The host was always available for any questions, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway—I’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a fantastic stay at Mr Majid's farmhouse ( Dirat Al Ghizal)with our friends and families. The place was neat, clean, and beautifully maintained. The arrangements were top notch, and everything was well thought out. Thanks a lot Mr Majed. A special thanks to Mr. Badr, the caretaker, who was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Lovely apartment with amazing sea views from the balcony. Beautiful beach and great pool amd jacuzzi on the rooftop. Really peaceful amd great fora relaxing stay.

This villa was simply outstanding! Apart from being just gorgeous with its high ceilings and tasteful design, everything in it was so thoughtfully designed. Ebrahim was also very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It’s clean, well-maintained, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There were also plenty of room towels, bathrobes, and toiletries like soap and shampoo provided, which was a nice touch. We stayed with two kids and had a great time. The pool was cleaned during our stay, and there’s a dedicated person available to help with anything—from luggage and cleaning to collecting deliveries from reception. Alia is a fantastic host, always quick to respond and very clear in her communication. Highly recommend!

We had a pleasant stay with Alia in her villa. Everything was exactly same as at the pictures, it was easy to check in and Alia was very responsive to all our requests. Villa is located very close both to the pool and beach and has a huge terrace with an amazing sunset views. The barbecue area is missing there, coffee machine is not working - it is all mentioned by the host. All other kitchen appliances are there, everything is working and fully equipped, so you can cook, can visit restaurants, or even can order room service (from the hotel). If you would like to cook - better take some food supplies with you, as well as tea, coffee and drinking water. We took care about it in advance and enjoyed our stay in full. Will book again with pleasure, great location and huge territory to walk around.

It was a great stay! We had the best time enjoying the villa and the facilities. There is a supermarket and MMI close by so no need to travel too far for extra requirements during the stay. Lights are set on a timer but can be turned back on manually from inside the house. Will return for sure.
