Die Haushälfte mit eigenem Eingang verfügt über einen großen Wohnraum mit Schlafsofa und offener Küche, einem Schlafzimmer, großem Bad und riesiger Terrasse Parken kann direkt vor dem Haus. La casa sulla riva è uno spazioso e comodo appartamento sito sul mare in un elegante edificio degli anni'20 del secolo scorso. Due soli gradini lo separano dalla famosa spiaggia. E' stato appena completamente ristrutturato con moderne tecniche edilizie che lo rendono fresco e silenzioso. E' completamente climatizzato e dotato di ogni confort . La posizione appena rialzata permette di avere una ottima vista sul mare anche quando le cabine degli stabilimenti balneari di fronte vengono montate.

Gli arredi sono nuovi, è presente un letto matrimoniale un ampio salotto con camino, un tavolo da pranzo, cucina, bagno e una libreria attrezzata. La pace e il relax contraddistinguono la località. Villa FAraldi si trova a circa 7 km dalle spiagge. Si raggiunge mediante l'uscita autostradale di San Bartolomeo al Mare; la strada da percorrere è molto scorrevole. A 10 minuti dal mare in macchina. Lucinasco ist ein idyllisch gelegenes Bergdorf in Ligurien. Schon die Anreise durch üppige Olivenhaine ist eine grosse Freude. Die Herstellung von Olivenöl prägt das gesamte Dorfleben. Ein kleiner See liegt am Ortsausgang. Hängende Trauerweiden umsäumen das Ufer und eine alte Kapelle aus dem Mittelalter runden das Bild gut ab. Von Casa Vittoria hat man einen schönen Blick über die Olivenhaine auf die Kathedrale Santa Maddalena bis hin zum Meer. Ein Spaziergang dorthin lohnt sich allemal.

C era una volta,in un piccolo villaggio immerso nella pace e tra gli ulivi ,una casetta in pietra. Al piano terra una mangiatoia, al primo piano un fienile ed anche un essicatoio.
