Courthouse Suite - Room 1 is a second floor room featuring a wall of windows with spectacular views of the Ripley County Courthouse and surrounding square. With a king bed and pullout sofa, the room can comfortably sleep four individuals. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, plush towels, and locally crafted soap and lotion. This comfy & cozy home is located in the heart of downtown Lawrenceburg and is within walking distance to everything! We have a large back yard that is great for family to hang out by fire-pit and enjoy their time away from home. There is large outdoor tv with adirondack chairs and picnic tables for relaxing. Living Room has 75' Tv- both bedrooms have 55' tv's. Large Sectional in Living room and large dining table in kitchen. Coffee bar- Washer & Dryer-Front Porch- Fenced in back yard.

Relax on the front deck with views of the pond or enjoy the back deck overlooking the creek. The loft has queen and a full bed, the basement has a full bed and futon for additional sleeping. Please note, due to the stairs and rustic decor, this cabin may not be suitable for small children.

This home is a large open space perfect for entertaining and communing. It is just outside of the little historic river hamlet of Rabbit Hash. The house was built by Ed Unterreiner, the same builder that rebuilt the Rabbit Hash General Store after the devastating fire of 2016. The modern rustic house is full of salvaged materials and building gems. It is really a must see.
