It is so wonderful that people will open up their unique homes and let others enjoy such special places. The Villa is one of them! A patio right on the boardwalk and sand with great views was my favorite feature. My wife enjoyed the beach themed decorations and elegance of the Villa. But we can both agree that the host Kim (and her husband) were kind and sincerely caring people that made us welcomed!

We very much enjoyed the clean house and quiet neighborhood at Greg’s. It was located near our conference and close to restaurants and shops so we could walk everywhere. Thank you!

My family and I come to Long Beach every 10-12 weeks. After staying here last time, we didn’t even look for another Airbnb. This will be where we stay from now on

Very nice building with restaurants, gym, and rooftop lounge & clubhouse. The unit was clean and just as pictured. Well stocked kitchen and a very nice bathroom. I did have to request the actual address. It is different than the one immediately given when booking. Host was very responsive. I definitely recommend for nice stay in K Town.

Geri’s place was perfect and just as described in the listing. Her space was well decorated and very clean. We loved the location. We highly recommend and would love the opportunity to stay here again during our next visit!

Kitchen has everything you need. Laundry was easy to use. The house is comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is nice, about 5-10 minutes from the corner of Washington & National, where there are restaurants and a coffee shop. Target is about 15 minutes walk in the other direction, but I’d recommend uber. The bed was comfortable but on a pallet instead of bed frame, so it wasn’t great. I messaged the host and she advised they would fix soon.

My family loved this Airbnb! The home was VERY clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make dinner and coffee in the morning. The yard is huge and our one dog enjoyed it very much. It's also in a great location, close to many different restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

Great spot and good value for location. Street parking was a bit frustrating trying to find a spot but overall would stay here again

We loved the Florida Casita and can’t wait for our next stay. Our family lives in the same neighborhood so it was super convenient and we were close to all the 4th Street Shops and walking distance to just about everything you need—including the beach. "Retreat" is the perfect word for Jordan's place, which is on a quiet street. It is lovely to be in the midst of trees and birdsong. The room is cozy, with books and pictures, a place to work, and a comfortable bed. It is well appointed, with a lot of thought given to details that make your stay comfortable. Everything seemed to be in the right place. There are even earplugs in case the sound of the refrigerator troubles you in the night. (It did not trouble me.) There are many restaurants down the hill a short walk away. I met Jordan only briefly but he is a wonderful host: very responsive, helpful, and kind.

This is a beautiful private retreat in the heart of Atwater. That is was also dog and family friendly was such a huge bonus. We needed a place to stay near our home while our floors were being refinished. And this place was wonderful! We were able to walk to multiple restaurants and coffee shops. We’d had a slight issue with the AC on the first night, but Eloísa and her crew were very responsive and the issue was resolved within hours. She also gave us a slight credit for our trouble. The spaces are well proportioned and it feels like a home that folks live in. Clean, bright and functional! Big tables to play games at and plenty of places to unwind. The sofa has seen better days but the master bedroom mattress is divine! Definitely going to recommend her place to friends and family visiting from out of town.

It was worth every penny. The host went above and beyond to meet our needs, and you can tell it’s a great team running things behind the scenes. Great location between the harbor and the beach with a nice pool and hot tub

My son and I loved our two nights at Dalma’s beach getaway. Everything was more than we could ask for, from our host’s friendliness, to the beautifully clean space, to the proximity to the beach and town. The beds were incredibly comfy and the common spaces were terrific. The space is even better than the photos. Dalma is a fantastic host. She answered my questions, welcomed us with a bottle of wine, and accommodated us with a late check out. Next time I visit my son in LA, we’ll take the train to Oceanside. The train is super convenient, but don’t worry, you can’t hear it at all. We’ll definitely book Dalma’s space again.

Had a nice at Oceanside for my Ironman weekend. The apartment is a walking distance from the pier and the harbor, and the beach.

The stay was amazing! The place was very clean when we got there, felt right at home. The airbnb had a beautiful view from the balcony with 3 little waterfalls, everything was just amazing, my girlfriend and I were out doing stuff all weekend pretty much so I just wish we got to stay and enjoy the place more! There's plenty of stuff to do around the area and plenty of food options. It was very quiet and peaceful, we did not hear any neighbors at all at any point. Overall an amazing stay and hope to come back sometime!

We had a great stay. Loved watching the ocean from the couch. So easy and enjoyable to walk along the beach to get to all restaurants. Everything was really clean. Would love to come back.

Location! Location! I loved how this place was five minutes away from the beach and great restaurants walking distance as well. Place was clean and felt like home.

Susan was a wonderful host! She was kind and super helpful. The space was clean and the location was perfect our family. We spent our days walking to the beaches, eating at the pier, swimming in the pool, going to LegoLand, and exploring the Flower Fields. We look forward to coming back again!
