I represent a timeshare at Marriott's Desert Springs Villas. I will give your name to the hotel and you check in like a normal guest and studio rooms will be assigned on check in. All amenities are available like a normal guest. PLEASE note there is no cancellation since I use my week once you book. PLEASE read the details below to answer the common questions my guests have. I do respond very very quickly to any questions! All of our guest rooms feature kitchenettes and queen beds.

Guest room incl: king bed, sofa bed, bathroom, kitchenette (mini-frig, microwave, coffee maker) & balcony. Max occupancy 4. Nonsmoking. Must be 21 years old or older, and with valid credit card and ID. NO bookings or changes within 20 days of arrival date!

Sakura House (Room 1)

Private room, entry & bathroom. Queen size bed. FOOD IS NOT AVAILABLE at this time. We have growing traffic on our main road; winter & spring, especially Feb-April events, bring staggering amounts of visitors to PS, as well as rains, flooding, & road closures, routing large vehicles down our street. Our guests love it here but we had our first complaint so noting it for light sleepers & those seeking ample quietude.
