E' ideale anche come punto di appoggio per chi volesse visitare le numerose località turistiche della zona: Orta San Giulio, il Lago Maggiore con Stresa e le isole Borromee, il lago di Mergozzo, la Valle dell' Ossola, la Valle Strona, la Valsesia e molte altre. La nostra piccola casetta si presenta come un confortevole e grazioso monolocale di 45 m2 con angolo cucina attrezzata, divano letto con il materasso in memory di misura king size, un locale sauna finlandese (si chiede un compenso extra) rivestito completamente con legno di tiglio e riscaldato con la stufa a legna (come nelle vere e autentiche saune finlandesi ), bagno con box doccia e il secchio per la cascata dell'acqua fresca. All'esterno ampio spazio verde con piscina , tettoia e barbecue.
