Following the Taj Ambuja refurbishment, the estate now offers upgraded landscaping, lush greenery, enhanced security, and reopened restaurants within the hotel and complex. A river promenade with a gym, pool, and café is close by. We have maintained Superhost status since we began hosting. Our revised rates reflect the rising costs of upkeep and maintenance. The villa is a 3 BHK with attached bath, kitchen, dining cum drawing room. all 4 sides are surrounded by landscapping, ample car parking space. Absolutely peaceful by nature, yet touching every amenities one needs. The property also hosts a club which has a beautiful swimming pool. a bar, restuarants and host of other amenities.

It is called the river home because my house is right on the bank of the river. Its my home and the river, nothing in-between. A perfect place to cleanse and unwind. The home has a mandir. Along with the flower garden, there is a kitchen garden and we grow seasonal vegetables. Soft archery, carrom., dart board available. The place has a hammock and fishing rod for angling. The river and the sky has its own beauty. Looks spectacular in different seasons. A perfect retreat.

A farmhouse spread over appx. 40,000 sq. ft. with a small yet self sufficient and spacious house , which is furnished to accommodate 8 people at the most. It has a 12 ft. deep pond with a sit out by it's side. Monsoon (mid-June to end September) is pleasant, but sometimes the property gets inundated. Hence, please check before directly booking during this period.
