The lake cottage was relaxing, quiet and a lovely country retreat. The large bath tub and comfy beds were an added plus!! Very pretty yard and across from the lake. Everything was as described and William made sure to check in to make sure we had everything we needed! He and his wife were extremely kind as well as accommodating.

Excellent experience. Easy check in and the place was perfect, she even had some snacks waiting for us upon arrival. Easy walk to the ferry into Boston, and easy parking. It was winter, but there were plenty of outdoor activities so we'd love to come back during the summer. Older house but so charming and great location. Overall great communication before, during, and after; she even offered to ship a shoe my niece left behind to us. Would love to come back and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great place in Hull.

We only stayed one night but the experience was wonderful. The host was easy to reach and gave us some great restaurant recommendations in which we did go to one of the restaurants l, and it as really good! I would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

My stay at 8 Bells by the Sea was peaceful, fun, and unique. It was a delight living mere feet from the water and feeling so connected to the tides. Robin was very helpful before and during the trip, providing me with recommendations and advice about the area. The apartment is located on a small street, filled with adorable beachy stores, restaurants, art galleries, jewelry shops, and more. The room is charmingly decorated in aquatic tones of blue and green, with thoughtful art and trinkets. There are many windows which look out onto a beautiful view of the water. The bathroom is large and was very clean. I appreciated and utilized the small refrigerator and freezer, as well as the silverware and glassware. My favorite part was mudlarking right outside the room on the beach when the tide was low. I found many pieces of ceramics, and enjoyed hanging out with the ducks and watching other birds. Highly recommend 8 Bells by the Sea for those who enjoy a cute small town by the water.

Such a cozy home is almost likely on corner of land and road! And love the front porch with furniture and did enjoying the view of the bird’s nest with the mother bird and her two eggs on hanging flowers from inside. Did wishing that house has an extra bathroom but we managed well thou :)

There isn’t enough I can say about this Home and the host. Absolutely attentive and the place was perfect for me and my family. When we come back to Boston again, we would definitely look to see if this property is available. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience.

Myself and my family were privileged to share Jean's Happy Place for a week. The beach was gorgeous and so close. The house is so well stocked that you can just drive from the airport with only your clothes in your luggage. We were able to make most of our meals in the well stocked and roomy kitchen. The side porch was quite comfortable for the 5 of us to sit, chat, and eat. There is an outdoor shower which is also stocked with shampoo and soap. We did use the gas grill one night. Jean has made sure that there is plenty of gas as there were 2 additional propane tanks if we needed it. If you are looking for stress free time away, I highly recommend Jean's Happy Place!

Jordan's home was perfect for our family for graduation weekend. It is well appointed, spacious, and within easy walking distance of Harvard Yard.
