I had a wonderful stay here! The place was very clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The bottle of wine was a very thoughtful touch and made me feel warmly welcomed. The location is ultra central, with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Plus, the views of the harbour are absolutely stunning — a real highlight of my stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen! Die Wohnung ist wunderbar! Sehr sauber, groß genug für 2 Personen, alles da was benötigt wird, Klima funktionierte richtig gut und der Ausblick ist einfach gigantisch!!! Die Lage sehr gut. Zwei Restaurants in der Nähe sind hervorragend! Einmal das Admiral (ca 5 Min zu Fuß) und das Volaria (ca 10/15 Min zu Fuß - da gab es die besten Tintenfische die wir je gegessen hatten!!!) Insgesamt war alles schnell erreichbar und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gute Kommunikation mit Jovana und ihrer Familie, rundum alles sehr angenehm und familiäre. Wir wollten sehr früh wieder Heim fahren, auch das Auschecken war kein Thema und man ist uns entgegen gekommen. Unser Fazit: Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Our stay was like Wooow! ...we felt like staying at home with a lot better possibilities around us; the location is great; very close to see local attractions: Roman Arena (2min. walking), boats to book dolphins tour(just down stairs!), eating good food ; Jupiter restaurant - 3 min....etc...etc The place it is a beautifuly design flat on a fourth floor (with a lift) with a balcony with a stunning sea side view!! Beds are super comfortable, spacious bathroom and kitchen. It was 5 of us and still plenty of room. A/C works perfectly... I'll tell you that way : book the place before it is too late...

Il soggiorno da Lino è stato molto bello, la casa era molto attrezzata e non mancava nulla. Pulizia impeccabile, ottima posizione per visitare Kamenjak, parcheggio comodo dentro la proprietà, privacy e silenzio nei dintorni. Ci ha particolarmente sorpresi la grande ospitalità di Lino e moglie. In definitiva alloggio consigliatissimo!!!

Vanja’s place is such a gem! Situated on a quiet street with a gorgeous view of Rovinj by the shimmering sea. Yet walkable which we enjoyed. The apartment is modern inside with all the comforts we need. The free parking really allowed us to enjoy. Vanja’s always responsive and easy to communicate whenever we need help. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Rovinj gem!

L'appartamento aveva una pulizia impeccabile, comprese tutte le stoviglie. È ubicato in una posizione strategica, vicino all'arrivo dei bus e ha supermercati vicino.

Es war einfach alles perfekt. Katarina ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Die Unterkunft zählte zu den schönsten, die ich jemals über Airbnb hatte.

The loft is a beautiful apartment in a great central location. The check in instructions were very clear which made the whole thing easy. The apartment is beautiful and bright and was super clean. The building is very characterful but be prepared to walk lots of steps. We will definitely stay again when next in Rijeka.

Ivančica hat uns sehr lieb in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung war modern und sauber, vor allem das Badezimmer war top :) Vorhanden war wie in der Beschreibung eine Grundausstattung in der Küche und ausreichend Handtücher im Badezimmer. Es befindet sich unterhalb der Wohnung eine weitere Wohnung, die möglicherweise genutzt wird. Als wir da waren, war niemand vor Ort. Insofern hatten wir auch den Außenbereich für uns alleine, hier findet man sowohl einen großen Esstisch als auch eine Loungeecke zum Entspannen :) Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich sehr schön, man hat sowohl die Berge als auch das Meer direkt vor Ort. Zudem ist die Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig, außer den Schafen hört man hier selten jemanden :) wir konnten uns gut erholen. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto, um zur Unterkunft zu gelangen. Muy buena experiencia, justo a unos pasos del mar, muy bien ubicado y muy amplio. Atendieron rápidamente nuestras solicitudes y fue un excelente lugar para descansar y salir a caminar.

Sehr nette Hosts. Tolle Lage, nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt. Von Garten direkte Weg zum Ufer, zum Start einem Spaziergang. Zur Uferpromenade oder zum Strand ist es ca 10 bis 15 Minuten Fußweg. Ansonsten ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung Istriens mit Auto. Das Haus ist von alten Steinhausstill mit Holzladen. Überdachte Sonnenterasse Richtung Südsüdwest blickt direkt auf den ruhigen Meer, lädt zum Frühstück oder zur Entspannung ein. Wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung!

Super schönes, privates Beach-House mit herrlichem Ausblick und beheizten Pool (Chlor).Für 3-4 Personen optimal. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten den stressig Alltag hinter uns lassen. Slaven war sehr freundlich und hat uns persönlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Einzig und allein der stolze Preis (590 € pro Nacht -ohne Reinigung und Airbnb- Gebühren) über die Ostertage hat ein bisschen gestört, zumal die Unterkunft in denen wärmeren Monaten nicht einmal die Hälfte kostet. Ansonsten war alles tipptopp. Danke Slaven.

Great place, down to earth and original!

Die Besitzer der Unterkunft waren total süß und aufmerksam! Die Unterkunft war super idyllisch und ruhig. Hier kann man sich jeden Abend beim Grillen auf der Terrasse super entspannen. Der Strand ist in ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig erreicht. Man kann das Auto direkt vor der Unterkunft abstellen. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Es war sauber und gemütlich. Ein größerer Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Pula ist in 15 Minuten Autofahrt erreichbar. Die Lage war einfach perfekt.

Only positive things about Jasmin. He was helpful and friendly and is flexible, which are the most important things for his work. Rovinj was magical as always.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Siamo stati ospiti di Boris 3 giorni; la sua casa è davvero molto graziosa e allegra, accessoriata con quello che serve, piena di luce e con una finestra sul mare meravigliosa! La posizione è molto comoda, mercato per la spesa praticamente sotto casa, ristoranti e vari negozi nei dintorni. Boris è stato un host molto gentile! Torneremo sicuramente ❤️

this place was wonderful. Just 50m from the beach, a grocery store right next door, lovely terrace, and walking distance to the old town of Rav. Katrine was a gracious host who gave us local tips and was very friendly. I definitely recommend this place and would come back in a heartbeat :)

We had a great stay at Tea’s apartment. Everything was immaculate. The apartment was perfectly placed for the city- could walk to everything easily. Apartment well equipped with everything you need/. We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. Communication was brilliant- lots of recommendations for places to eat/things to see. Would definitely return.

Paolo and Karen's apartment is centrally located in the historical area of Trieste - great as a base to travel and visit family/friends ! Clean, spacious 2 bedroom apartment in perfect location. Close to bars, restaurants, the marina, Piazza Unitá, Piazza della Borsa, 15 min walk from the train station, numerous supermarkets and public transport. Location makes it easy to walk the city and explore. Paolo and Karen were responsive to queries and requests and were there to provide recommendations and assist when required (even needing to purchase a new toaster). Thank you for your hospitality and allowing us to stay in your apartment while we visited magical Trieste!

We had a wonderful stay at Patricija's place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all essentials, making it easy to prepare meals, and the dining area was perfect for family meals together. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and a peaceful environment that allowed us to relax after exploring. Patricija was a fantastic host, very responsive and attentive to our needs, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Apartman je potpuno odgovarao opisu, plus dodate sarm koji ima uživo, i onda je jos lepsi. Prostor je relativno mali, ali sjajno organizovan. Sve je na svom mestu. Stancic je tih, ususkan, topao i romantičan. Natasha i Sammuele su jako proaktivni i dele sve informacije unapred. Ostavljen je čitav "book" preporuka sta da vidite, gde da odete, gde da jedete. Ulica je dva minuta od obale. Stan je na četvrtom spratu što će vam dati sjajan pogled, sve do dvorca Miramare.
