Perfekter Aufenthalt mit freundlichen Gastgebern. Preis Leistung Top. Mexikanische Einrichtung, uns hat es gefallen. Brauchten noch ein extra Kissen und Decke. Wurde uns schnell gebracht . Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, die uns auch persönlich Empfangen haben. Von der Fähre mit Taxi ca. 10 Euro. Es fährt auch Stündlich ein Bus für 1 Euro die Fahrt. Hatten uns ein Golfcar gemietet, ein muss und Erlebnis auf Isa Mujeres. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

El Penthouse es espectacular si merece la pena. Lo unico malo es que se va la luz cada vez que llueve pero es asi en toda la zona. El jacuzzi y la piscina estan muy bien!

Maria and Nuria were amazing hosts, always available to assist us further than what was expected - with local travel and tour options. The apartment is absolutely perfect, situated close to restaurants and convenience stores and the rooftop pool is one of a kind!! Thanks for everything, we will surely be back each year.

El departamento es idéntico a las fotos, muy limpio, ordenado, linda decoración, en una ubicación accesible para caminar hacia la playa , restaurantes, avenida , etc todo excelente! Únicamente considerar que el estacionamiento es limitado pero hay uno muy cerca 24 horas o bien se puede dejar auto en la calle

We loved our stay here! We took the ADO into Playa and it was an easy walk to get here. You’re also close to the beach, ferry, and Quinta- all super walkable! The water jug came in clutch for refilling water bottles, and she provides beach towels for your use. Daniela also provides a parking space that was perfect for a sedan we rented- anything bigger might’ve been a little too tight for me but I’m not used to city driving/parking. The apartment itself is clean, quiet, comfy, and looks just like the photos in the listing. We would definitely stay here again!

Bardzo przyjemny apartament, nasza rodzina miała tam w sam raz miejsca na pobyt. Dwie łazienki dają wygodę, pokoje są zacienione przez większość dnia i się nie nagrzewają, wyznaczone miejsce parkingowe jest przy samym wejściu. Wszystko wygodne. Komunikacja z gospodarzem bezproblemowa. Polecamy pobliski park Kabah na spacery z ostronosami 😀

What a wonderful stay we had. The apartment is beautiful and we loved the rooftop private patio it was great for our morning coffee. The place had everything you could need, kitchen was well stocked and we had big jugs of bottled water too use during our stay. The rooftop pool was amazing, lots of seating in the sun and couches too sit in the shade and the water was fantastic too cool off in. There also a hottub we used at night too. The area was amazing. Just a couple minutes too 5th and there was restaurants all over and 7-11 on the corner and a grocery store just down the street. Very safe very lively neighborhood. Our host always messages us back right away when we needed too ask a question so that was great. Overall we had an amazing time here we felt right at home instantly and would book here again for sure on our next trip.

Our family vacation at Cascadas is unforgettable. The beautiful location with the constant sounds of waves, lovely villa with so many great views especially the sunrises seen from every bedroom. Our family of 6 adults and 3 kids (ages 4,7 & 10) had lots to do exploring the area on golf cart and short walk to the beach. Armando & Andrea cooked 4 dinners for us and absolutely delicious!! They are lovely people and prepared continental breakfast each morning. The comp massages were amazing. Crystal and Lisa were our therapists and were professional and skilled, enjoyed the outdoor experience with sounds of waves & birds. Definitely recommend La Buena Vita for happy hour, Turtle Cafe is adorable & delicious food. Snorkeling at YalKu lagoon is definitely worth doing. We took the Collectivo and it was safe & cheap when visiting Atkun Chen cenyote. The food is also great across the bridge in Town of Akumal. Great tacos! So much to see and do - would love to return some day!!!

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Mariela nos apoyo con 2 temas que nos paso durante la estancia, adicional la hora de checkin fue flexible, algo que agradecemos mucho. Y la hicieron más agradable unos gatitos silvestres muy cariñosos y más si les ofreces comida.

Segunda vez quedándonos en una de las propiedades de Paola, tuvimos una gran experiencia de nuevo, estaba muy agradable la decoración, la zona era muy tranquila de noche, el acceso a la playa fue el mayor atractivo pero lamentablemente había sargazo cuando fuimos, el guardia siempre fue muy amable. De la casa no tenemos ninguna queja, solo el aire de una recámara no enfriaba mucho pero de ahí en fuera todo bien. Al fin fuimos a la cafetería de Paola y está muy rico el pan, no pierdan oportunidad de ir. Y las recomendaciones de club de playa y restaurantes fueron muy buenas. Rentamos un tour y un automóvil a través de Paola y fue de gran ayuda. Sin duda volveremos de nuevo :)

My family and I had an amazing stay at Karla’s place! The location was great - not too far from airport, the town has lots of great and cheap local restaurants, area is beautiful, easy to do day trips to Chichen Itza, Uxmal, cenotes, etc! The house itself is gorgeous, we loved the pool and the location to the beach. There are so many bathrooms, including outdoor an bathroom and shower, so cleanup after the beach was extremely convenient! We loved seeing the flamingos fly over us on the beach! It was nice to know that the housekeeper Raul was nearby in case we needed anything to had questions. Our stay was 10000/10, we would love to come back again!

We had such a great time staying at casa Kefi for a friend’s birthday and bachelorette! The concierge Orlando and his team were incredible and responsive to our every need and request through the planning process and while we were there. There were a few small things that needed his attention during our stay, and they were resolved quickly. Be aware that the area is still under construction on unpaved roads, so not walkable to other things in Tulum. Suggest pre-arranging transportation through Orlando to ensure you can get to the locations you need to. The chef service was also such a great experience! The food and margaritas were some of the best we’ve had! Highly recommend Casa Kefi for your stay in Tulum. We wish we didn’t have to leave!

we had a fantastic family vaction. Gabby was responsive and easy to work with. we had some concerns when checking in and Gabby went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. we were traveling with an infant and Gabby picked up a brand new crib and highchair for our arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very nice and the host especially helpful and responsive.

El departamento es amplio sobre todo la habitación. Mi limpio y agradable. Mau siempre responde rápido y predispuesto.

Nice stay and cool place. Well equipped to work remotely. Even had an extra monitor and two desks which was a nice touch. Rooftop pool is nice as well. During my stay the power did go out a handful of times however. But from what I heard this is common in the area. A bit far from the main areas of playa, but a bicycle was provided which was also a bonus!

Excelente muy ordenado, limpio, con una decoración muy agradable, moderno y cómodo. Con las amenidades disponibles del complejo, transporte a las distintas areas, buenos restaurantes en el complejo, playa a 5 min en coche y muy agradable. Muy seguro, se requiere un QR para poder entrar al complejo. Una recepción en el edificio con personal que te ayuda y resuelve tus dudas.

Bernardo is a great host. Very proactive and responsive. This is the perfect place to stay in Playa del Carmen. Is surrounded by a beautiful street full of good restaurants and a bunch of different activities. A couple minutes away from the beach and with security at all times in the front desk. We absolutely love it!

El mejor alojamientos que puede existir en playa del Carmen. A unos pasos de dos OXXO y del transporte público, pasan taxis, camiones, combis y mototaxis, por lo cual es fácil llegar a cualquier lugar. Cerca de plaza las Américas y bodega Aurrera lo que hace super fácil ha compras. Marcelo siempre atento en todo momento, el mejor anfitrión y siempre hay alguien pendiente sobre lo que llegues a necesitar. Sin duda me volvería a quedar, y la alberca super limpia, te sientes realmente muy seguro en tu estadía. Ideal para estadías cortas y largas. Todas las estrellas que existen, el alojamiento no te defrauda nunca.

Beautiful property! Me and my family loved the penthouse. We had every important store right outside (walkable distance). Alejandro was an amazing host. He helped us settle in and gave us a small tour around the area. Would definitely do it again!! Thank you for such an amazing space.

Muy lindo departamento, éramos 2 personas y estuvimos súper comodos! Todo ordenado y limpio, bien equipado para ir a la playa y para cocinar. Está a media cuadra de la avenida principal y es súper cerca de todo y de la playas! Lo único para recomendar mejorar es la presión del agua de la canilla de la cocina era muy débil y para lavar los platos dificultaba un poco, el resto excelente!
