Kayaking and hiking right off the property, plus beautiful sunsets on the lake.

We are located about 8 miles (15 to 20 minutes by car) from the Forida Capitol Building and the FSU Campus. The dock is large, with two covered boat slots with lifts. Seasonally, the boat dock provides good fishing. The neighborhood is safe for walks and family activities.
