NO CLEANING FEE The apart is all yours, we are upstairs if you need any help. Short walk to central Queenstown, up a steep hill for the views. No kids. Taxi is about $15 - use QT taxi 2 bedroom apart. Children < 6 not allowed. 12 steps down to apartment. 1 free park on the side of driveway - entrance to apartment. Separate lounge room Queen bed & 3 single beds (2 are bunks) Tea, coffee, washing machine, dryer. Fridge/ icebox, microwave, jug, toaster, iron No full kitchen & no cooking is allowed

Sunrise is a lovely place to relax and take in the stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables. The sleeping options can be arranged to suit: For 2 people you can have either a King Size Bed or 2 Single Beds set up in the main bedroom. There is also an additional single bed that can be set up in the lounge if required for a 3rd person, although you will need to pay an extra guest fee of $50 for this. Please let us know how you would like the beds set up at time of booking.
