Such a great apartment! Was way bigger than we were expecting. Awesome view! Such a shame we were only staying one night! We’ll definitely look to be back next time we’re down that way.

Our favourite by far, on this road trip. Stunning location, amazing apartment which was Central to everything. Could walk everywhere. I could literally just bring my clothes and move in permanently, the furnishings and comfort level was perfect. The art work also a refreshing addition. Beautiful views. Very central. There's lots of eateries within minutes walk. Apartment was spacious and clean. Really well stocked kitchen. Great stay and would stay again. Had to contact Kim with a small issue and she was very responsive and helpful.

What a wonderful place to stay! Stunning views with all the comfort and location location! Kim was amazing as our boat trip was delayed by days due to weather and juggled our accommodation with another stay! Highly recommended Kim with either of her properties!

I booked this accommodation for our TV host and he absolutely loved the place. He couldn't stop sending pictures of the beautiful vista from the deck and loved the peaceful surroundings right on the water. Tamsin was extremely helpful with extra amenities and local recommendations and check in was easy.

Smyth's home was a complete oasis for our month stay, we always looked forward heading back here at the end of the day! Beautiful scenery and lots of open space around. Smyth was very friendly and accommodating, couldn't have asked for a better home or host for our time in the Nelson-Tasman area - we felt right at home!

We recently stayed in Picton, New Zealand, and had a truly wonderful experience. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located to explore the beauty of Picton and the Marlborough Sounds. Carolyn went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, and we’re so grateful for her hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This place is a gem. We had such a great stay. The location was perfect, a beautiful part of the country and so peaceful. We enjoyed waking to the tui's in the trees out front. The house was cosy and had everything we need. Great host and very responsive. We will be back.

this is a great place to stay while visiting Picton. Location is lovely and easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Loved watching the activity in the marina. Accommodation was very well appointed and clean and comfortable. Note - make sure to read the location and access instructions before you arrive (will save some confusion) and the internal access to downstairs bedroom is via a narrow spiral stairs. Would definitely stay again next time we visit Picton!
