We needed a quiet and private space to relax. Jordan’s space was all of this. We stayed here for a month and hardly ever heard Jordan and her family. Jordan was quick to respond if we had any questions. The bed was very comfortable and the views of the water were nice.

We have nothing but praise and gratitude for this lovely river hideaway in the woods after our weeklong restorative "working vacation" there. The apartment is cozy and comfortable, the surrounding area is beautiful, the hosts are lovely, and despite the feeling of privacy and "middle of nowhere" there are great stores, restaurants, area attractions, etc. all nearby. We loved drinking our morning coffee on the floating pier while watching the early morning mist (and chevrons of geese) rising from the river. We loved kayaking and swimming throughout the day from steps away from our apartment door. We loved being greeted by BIRDS BIRDS BIRDS in the nearby trees and feeders every time we stepped outside. And we absolutely loved sitting by the beautiful outdoor chiminea fire at night! We will be back. Thank you Helen, Peter, Sophie, and Moose!

What a wonderful place for a peaceful, lakeside getaway. Upon entering the space i immediately wanted to move in! So cozy and spacious with great natural light. I loved watching the sun set beyond the lake. Kevin was a gracious and responsive host. I felt very welcome and cared for. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé une nuit chez Dana. La maison est conforme à la description. Très propre, bien équipé. Avec une petite attention offerte. Le lieu est magnifique. Nous n’avons pas eut le plaisir de rencontrer notre hôte ce qui est dommage pour nous. Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit reposante.

This is a really nice little place to stay. Right on the water. Very clean. Simple. Had everything we needed. Very homey. Good location. Could get down to Annapolis or to the Bay Bridge pretty quicly. Nice simple functional decor. Beds were very comfortable.

Cannot say enough about the view - beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We all enjoyed our stay and found it very relaxing. It is convenient to town which made it easy to purchase our groceries and other sundries. All in all a nice spot to hold our annual family gathering.

We stayed at this air bnb for our 4th annual mom's trip. 11 of us went and this home fit us all beautifully. There were multiple areas to lounge, the kitchen was super clean and it was the center of the home so it was easy to all hang out together. All of the kitchen utensils & equipment were great brands and great quality, it made cooking in the home very easy. The beds were comfy, towels were great, there were lots of blankets around for cozy couch hangs. You could see the view of the bay/beach area from essentially the entire back side of the home no matter if you were in the living room or the upstairs bedrooms. The green egg, grill, fire pit and all outdoor equipment/things to do for fun were a great addition. Rock hall is a cute and quiet town. Our group agreed this was the best air bnb we have stayed at and we would definitely visit again.

Ina was a great communicator - from initial contact, instructions for the house, to checkout! She couldn’t have been better. She was quick to respond and very helpful, which made everything super easy. The house had such an amazing view! Our water-loving dog found the river within 5 mins of getting out of the car!! Great amenities (incl. kayaks, life vests (even for the pup!), well stocked kitchen, bed linens, comfy beds and furniture, nicely decorated, and clean)! It was an easy ride to town. We went to get a bit of a respite from our busy lives for a few days in the off season, and the surroundings were just what we needed. One downside was that the utilities (refrigerator and heat) are rather loud when they turn on, so if you’re a light sleeper, you may be bothered. We were awakened a few times, but the rest of the positives made up for it!! Great spot!

As others have said, beautiful and spacious house with stunning views on the water! The house was clean, kitchen filled with all the tools for cooking (even things like wax paper, aluminum foil, all the spices you could think of, etc.), and we loved the ping pong table in the garage. The grounds were super peaceful and fun to walk around. We came in November so the pool was covered, but it was great to go out on the dock and kayak on the water. Not sure if it was the cold or not, but on some of the doors, the deadbolt was a little sticky and difficult to turn, so we just avoided these doors throughout our stay. We would love to come back in the summer time/when the weather is warmer to enjoy the pool! Also very much appreciated that we could bring our dog.

I cannot recommend this listing enough! As described, the house was deep in the woods and right on the river, providing a secluded, peaceful stay. We had direct access to the water, and while we did not go into the water, we enjoyed watching the local wildlife from the pier. The home itself was well furnished and amazingly stocked. Everything was clean, and there was an abundance of conveniences available. The kitchen, in particular, was very well supplied. The beds and furniture were comfortable and spacious for our group of five. The HVAC kept the house the perfect temperature our entire stay. There were several amenities that we ended up not using, but were glad to have them available, such as the fire pit, fire place, kayaks, and grill. We wanted for nothing! Carrie was an amazing host, answering all of our questions and ensuring that we had an amazing trip. You won't go wrong booking with Carrie!

Beautifully designed house highlighted the stunning view of the bay. Cozy and clean, couldn't have asked for more!

Steve is a wonderful host. He greeted us warmly and gave us a very thorough tour of the house. He had recommendations for everything local that was of interest to us. He has a beautiful home and a beautiful setting on the water.
