A 35km se encuentra playa Carrillo, y a menos de 50km Punta Islita, el refugio de Vida Silvestre Camaronal, Playa Corozalito y Samara. Hojancha posee la catarata más alta de Centroamérica con 350 metros de altura, catarata Salto del Calvo se ubica a 14 km de la cabaña. La Zona es ideal para practicar senderismo y running.

It is located on top of the mountain with spectacular views of the Gulf of Nicoya and the best place to watch sunsets when the weather allows. It is a one bedroom non luxury house that was built by one of the first Quaker settlers in the Monteverde area. It is fully equipped with a kitchen, washing machine and dryer for the best comfort. We are in the cloud forest, be ready for weather changes and bugs.
