Lakeview Casita

This snug, hand-built cottage features large windows and a deck looking toward Hague Lake and the rocky scapes of Turtle Island. It’s tucked away in a small grove of towering Cedar and Fir trees, but in the heart of uptown Mansons Landing with stores and a bakery cafe just steps away. It is ten min. walk to swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking at kid-friendly Sandy Beach, or a 15 min. walk down to an ocean beach and Mansons Lagoon. Friday Market and Cortes Museum are a short stroll away.

Launch your kayak or paddle board steps from your front door and explore some of the most beautiful waterfront in the world. Hiking and mountain biking trails are minutes away or just relax and enjoy the incredible sunsets. Ideally situated on the border of Courtenay and Comox, you can enjoy a small town feel while being a stone's throw away from all your needed amenities.This lovely cedar clad building is a stand alone unit offering complete privacy including a private deck overlooking the tree lined property. Newly renovated, the space provides the feeling of a true cottage but with modern touches.

Cozy 240 sq ft tiny cabin with all the essentials, including washer/dryer, small oven, fridge, and microwave. Features an indoor shower plus a seasonal outdoor shower (hot & cold, May–Sept). Private deck, seating area, and propane fire pit. Walk to Palm Beach and the Sunshine Coast Trail. Convenience/liquor store nearby. 15 min to Saltery Bay ferry, 20 min to Comox ferry.
